GoogleGreat experience with Goodfellows Carshalton. We’ve just exchanged on our house just 8 weeks since it was put on the market. They made the whole process very easy with excellent marketing and a number of viewings within days leading to multiple offers within the first week. Appreciate Lee and Joel for making this happen and also dealing with the time difference and logistics of us living overseas. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking to buy/sell.

GoogleI put in a request to view a house one week ago with some dates and times and STILL have had no response. I was sent to a site to add more details about myself before someone at goodfellows would call me back. On principle alone they have now lost that SALE! An estate agent that doesn’t reply to email or even contact to arrange a viewing isn’t one I will be dealing with! EDIT: After leaving this review just received a very angry sounding voice Mail accusing me of lying and saying messages have been left. I have evidence that today after this review is the first contact received. I have NOT been contacted until today and only when I left this review. Very poor service and trying to bully me to take a viewing nearly a week after requested! UnbelievableNegativeResponsiveness
