GoogleI had an excellent experience working with the team at Goodfellows during my recent move, and I would highly recommend them. From the very beginning, Naomi who carried out the viewing was absolutely lovely, professional, and very welcoming. She made a great first impression and made the viewing experience really comfortable. Throughout the process, Meg was incredibly supportive and kept me informed every step of the way. She maintained great communication, was always responsive, and ensured everything progressed smoothly. Sarah was also fantastic, particularly with all the documentation and formalities. She was very clear, efficient, and always available to help, even stepping in when needed to ensure everything stayed on track. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The team was approachable, responsive, and very accommodating. Overall, the whole experience was very positive and much less stressful thanks to their support. Augstein was fantastic during the viewing, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and local area. He made the viewing process easy and enjoyable, taking the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. On her side, Meg took over and managed most of the rental process seamlessly. She was consistently responsive, clear, and organised, keeping us updated at every stage and ensuring everything moved quickly and smoothly considering all the back and forth we had on the rental contract. Her calm, proactive approach really helped take the stress out of securing the property. Overall, both Augstein and Meg made what is often a daunting process feel straightforward and positive. GoogleThey rented a run down mouldy apartment to us and refused to break the lease. We were desperate and had to stay for sometime. They only cared and out the rent and protecting the landlord. . Only one of them Kamilla was really helpful and an angel. It was a very horrible experience and the landlord wanted to withhold the deposit. Luckily we had evidence. After dealing with another agency , I just realised what horror I endured in that apartment and how lax they were . I have attached a picture of the cooking area on check in. Please work on protecting your tenants as well.

GoogleGoodFellows Estate Agent did a wonderful job in no time in renting the property especially when we were stuck at year end and the current pandemic situation. The agency did exceptionally professional work in arranging the adverts, viewings and all other admin process without our physical presence and got wonderful tenants with quick turn-around time. GoogleI honestly cannot rate Goodfellows more highly. They were amazing, especially Tony who was an absolute superstar. He basically negotiated my house sale and new purchase for me under incredibly difficult circumstances, and I would not have survived without his help. He was even on call for me while he was on leave! The whole team were fantastic and I recommend them to everyone. GoogleWe spent three years renting through Goodfellows. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent, sell or buy a property. Throughout our three years we dealt with Lilian as our property manager. She was amazing! She provided an exceptionally high level of customer service and was always a phone call away and ready to help. Our tenancy came to an end due to our landlord selling. During this difficult time, Sharmila and Lilian helped us as much as they could. Jack was the agent selling the property and he was really helpful and accommodating when it came to arranging viewings for prospective buyers. GoogleMy boyfriend and I purchased a property listed by Goodfellows Estate Agents. Lucy Putnam-Smith was helpful from the beginning and always quick to respond. We offered an unusual amount on the house that was accepted but had to be rounded up by 20p for the computer system to allow it to be inputted, we had totally forgotten about this by the time we had exchanged however Lucy had not and returned our 20p at the same time which was a lovely gesture. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions regarding terminology and processes but Lucy was always happy to answer us, often being more helpful and clear than our solicitor.
