Myself and housemate have been looking for a while and where interested in a few properties offer to rent by Goodfellows. We began speaking with Aaron who understand our needs and found a house bespoke to our specific needs. It is always easier said then done and usually negative reviews are all you hear about, i am really impressed with my experience here and thankfully now have a new home that i agree with.

From the start I found Barbara to be very engaging and made sure she understood our requirements. Barbara kept me up-to-date with the progress of the search and was able to find a home that’s just what we are looking for and allowed pets. The process was straightforward and simple. GoogleBe careful with this agency. They sent letters threatening you saying that they are going to kick you out of the property for things you haven't don't. They don't care about you, they don't corroborate stories or ask nicely. They take for granted you're guilty.
They say I listen loud music during "unsociable" hours. Well, I go to sleep every day at 10pm, including weekends and never get up before 7am. I have no idea what they are talking about because, among other things, I don't listen music at home and I've always had my neighbours in mind.
I feel very disappointed with them. Why didn't they send me a previous e-mail or contacted me asking if that was true? In their letter they say they may commence with the eviction proceedings.
That is causing me an unnecessary stress as that letter is full of lies because they didn't even try to check the validity of those accusations.

Dear Ricardo Jover Acosta I am sorry you have taken the letter personally, as it is my understanding letters of a similar format were sent to all tenants in the block at the management companies request, due to someone playing loud music at unsociable hours. The letter does explain what the possible consequences could be should the request be ignored; however, as it appears it was not you there is nothing to worry about. It is unfortunate that not everyone living in the flats are as conscientious as you as this is what has led to these letters going out. GoogleAaron has been very friendly and accommodating. very pleasant experience dealing with Aaron and GoodFellows. The fees are extortionate though. they are more than double the cost than other agents. I have edited my previous review because my experience has now changed. The fees have worked out to 60% of our monthly rent. and i believe this is extreme. Also didn't enjoy the fact that were forced into an hour long meeting with a person trying to sell us insurance. Its an invasive process and no other agents do this. Lastly, we will only get the keys to move in after 2pm, which doesnt leave us much day time to move. and they are unable to change this time to an earlier slot. which is really not fair on a family with a small child. For these reasons, i will not use GoodFellows again

GoogleI can not talk highly enough of the excellent service we received from Tony Spinks and Jack at Goodfellows. On papaer the move was complex and difficult. There were numerous thord parties involved and the move required sensitivity and consideration for moving an elderly lady. Both Tony and Jack went above and beyond to ensure the move went extremely smoothly and their service was invaluable to me as I was normally at the other end of the country. Their communication was excellent. It was regular, friendly and always helpful. I have no doubt that if it were not for the excellent and professional service we received that the move would have been too daunting for my Aunt and the move would have fallen through. I would have no hesitation in reccommending their service to anyone who is looking to move house.

GoogleTony Spinks, Jack Miles and the team at Goodfellows went above and beyond to help our sale go through. At so many points during the past 6 months we were certain the entire thing would fall apart. When we describe to people what we’ve just been through, no one can actually believe it. Ridiculous decisions were made by certain people for no reason, that very nearly scuppered the entire thing. It genuinely felt like sabotage at some points. Throughout this entire hideous ordeal, Tony and Jack were always available, always courteous, friendly and helpful. And when it really looked like the end, they put enormous time and effort into saving the situation. We’ve certainly learnt some valuable lessons about how this process works, particularly when it comes to solicitors. If we hadn’t been represented by Goodfellows in this instance, I don’t think we would be three days away from completion at this point. When most of the people you are in contact during the sale of your house are cold, unhelpful or downright obstructive, it makes a huge difference having an agent who actually cares, who understands the enormous stress and emotional pressure of this process, and who really works hard for you. Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.
