GoogleRandom and unrequested For Sale upright board appears on one's driveway. We call the office to ask for this to be removed - no reply to voicemail. Walk into office to raise the issue instead. The generic polyester suits blame the company that mounts the boards for the error, but do not bother to demand their subcontractor to remove the sign with urgency. Stating that they themselves will refuse to walk 4 min. and remove it, presumably from being lacking in the masculinity department. Poor public-facing service and another example in the low standards on the English high street. Your author delivered it back to them.

Mr Bryant, firstly I would like to address your reference to a person’s masculinity, this is incredibly inappropriate and has no place in society or on a public forum when personally attacking someone and in essence is discrimination and totally unacceptable. In regards to your complaint, once again, apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you both, however Goodfellows had asked the company that we employ to carry out our board movements to erect a for sale board at the correct property as our internal records show (you are both more than welcome to come in to the office and evidence this for yourselves). Regrettably, the company through nothing other than human error erected the board at the same number in the very next parallel road (hence the coincidental error). Following your wife’s initial visit to the office, during which it was advised to us that the removal of the board would require “tools”, which she claimed not to have, we also referenced that being an office based job, we do not have “tools” either but we shall of course send the request through to the company to return to the address and went on to explain that depending on how long ago the board had been erected and where the driver was now located, that this may be tomorrow at the very latest. We proceeded to do exactly that, however this proved not to be necessary as approximately 20 minutes later you visited the office, this time with the board in hand and proceeded to aggressively throw it in to the office.

Caring, friendly, professional and helpful staff who go above and beyond.
Tony (who carried out the valuation) was polite, professional and clearly very knowledgeable, noticing and recognising the particular little details about our house that made it so special to us. We spoke at length about what we wanted to achieve and the best path to do so.
Darryl, the photographer did a stunning job of presenting our property, capturing light, colour and angles in a way that reflected our care in furnishing and lighting the space.
Jack was masterful in marketing and carrying out the viewings. He was instrumental not only in getting the offers in but also went above and beyond, by helping us word our onward purchase offer as well as negotiating and planning strategically.
We had 11 viewings scheduled only a day after our house went on the market (this was on a Saturday) and, by the Monday, we had three offers, all above our asking price!
We completed in 4 months, just in time for the SDLT holiday and couldn't be happier with our new home.
