GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Sabrina and the rest of the team at Goodfellows. They guided us (first time buyers) through the whole process, and did a lot of work on our behalf to speed up our terrible conveyancing firm. Everyone in the office was helpful and pleasant, I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleSimply the BEST. Our house sold on the first day of viewings (18 potential buyers on the first day). Sabrina worked relentlessly to try and exchange and complete the sale on time with numerous calls to different solicitors. She really took on all the stress for us and still remained positive throughout. Her professionalism is to the highest standard and I cannot thank her enough. There was great communication throughout the selling and buying process. Goodfellows Cheam really do provide a personalised service and treat every case individually. Stefan is a very approachable and a likeable person and have complete trust in him. We are so so happy we chose Goodfellows to help with the sale of our property. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!! GoogleMy husband and I recently sold our property through Goodfellows in Cheam Village and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Our home was sold incredibly quickly, we were regularly kept up-to-date with the progress of our sale and the team went above and beyond to assist where they could with our onward purchase. Big thanks to Stefan and the team, as/when we move again, we will definitely be using Goodfellows again.

GoogleReally great service. Mainly dealt with Louise as she was our lettings agent but the other members of staff in the office were very helpful when I spoke to them. Everything was dealt with quickly and any questions raised were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI recently dealt with Goodfellows Morden as i was going to buy a flat with my partner. Unfortunately, we had to pull out but Goodfellows were excellent throughout the whole procedure.Our estate was Jack Jenkins and he was very professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions and replied to every e mail promptly. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Should my circumstances change, I would be more than happy to deal with Goodfellows and Jack again. There would be no hesitation.

GoogleWe had great experience working with Goodfellows and we just got our first house with them. We have been dealing with Barbara from the beginning and it was a pleasure. She helped us with our documents, gave us information as that is our first rented house we didn't know anything at all, so she managed everything for us with great efficiency and really friendly manner.
