My contact was Omar who was originally based pre COVID at the Mitcham branch but was transferred to the Stonehill branch after restrictions were lifted. Omar had established a good relationship with both myself and our buyer and was therefore dedicated to personally move this transaction forward to completion. As soon as Omar was involved, progress was made. Omar is completely committed to providing the best service possible to his customers and always carries out what he says he is going to do. He is an excellent communicator and negotiator. Unlike many agents I have dealt with in the past, once we have a buyer we have very little further contact. GoogleThe worst service I have ever recieved. I have had so many problems with Goodfellows I could write an essay. This was particularly with the Agent Louise who claimed after wanting a second viewing she stated ‘ I am doing this out of the kindness of my heart’. When we got to the viewing Louise could not find the keys and did not even bother to ask the landlord or go back to the office to get them. She was very rude and very unprofessional.

GoogleThe girls (sorry to the guys only worked with the girls! XD) at Goodfellows in Cheam were warm, friendly, fun and helpful. They were accommodating to me when the only time I had to get to them meant they had to stay behind late a little bit because of my retail schedule. They've been helping me through my first property purchase the whole way and really making it easy for me when I struggled with the lingo and processes associated with buying a property.
I will be completing my sale very shortly and I'm extremely grateful for everything everyone did on my way to here.
Even with the lockdown they've been able to help me the whole way and always had someone to get a question answered or to inform them of important changes to keep the process moving swiftly. So I'm very very grateful to the team to make sure my purchase didn't suffer.
