GoogleRenting a flat from agency is not like eating in restaurant you can review the restaurant as soon as you finish eating. I am writing this review after renewing my third tenancy. This agency is very professional where the management knows how to deal with their clients, I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to rent. Special thanks to Marion Gardner and Laura Lindsay who was very patient with me and always present to solve any problem or query.

Barbara was amazing, she went above and beyond to make our journey simple & stress-free after we had received horrendous service from a competitor. Jack Jenkins, our Goodfellows agent, kept us informed throughout the buying process and was extremely supportive especially when there were delays and hiccups, going above and beyond his remit as an agent. But due to personal circumstances I had to take it off the market, cathi and Jonathan were very understanding and supportive at this difficult time. I would like to say a big thank you to cathi for giving me the time needed to think things through. If and when I decide to sell my house I would not hesitate in using goodfellows Mitcham again.
