GoogleThanks so much for Musa sale my flat. Always very good with answer phone when I'm calling and very good for update with me. I first sale and then it's not go through but Musa find another buyer very fast next week and help with full sale. He call with my new agent to buy my house and help out for update with them. Very very good service. If I will sale again in Mitcham I will use Goodfellows for Musa is really good agent and help. Best agent we have deal with ever.

Google"If you want to get gazumped you're in the right place!" Several red flags here. First one was an offer we made that never made its way to the seller (only after we contacted the estate agent did we learn that no offer had been formally communicated to the seller). Second, and the most worrying one, is the fact that we made a generous offer, were told the property would not be further marketed, and Goodfellows and the seller still allowed for viewings to take place over the weekend. We got news that we had been 'gazumped' on Monday the following week as both the estate agent and seller allowed for further viewings. Interestingly enough, someone had offered just £5k above our offer which was already £15k above the original listed price. I wonder how the other buyer got to that value by themselves alone. Highly unethical.

Dear Joao Moreira we are very sorry that you are unhappy with our service to you, the property was marketed at Offers In Excess £400,000. We did have seven different interested parties and indeed your offer of £415,000 was of interest to the vendor but they chose to allow the other parties to view the property on Saturday and this resulted in an offer coming through which was higher than your offer. My colleagues called you to inform you that a higher offer had come through and gave you the opportunity to counter this offer but we understand that at that point you chose not to and subsequently withdrew your offer. We are sorry that you are unhappy with us but we have tried to communicate with you and unfortunately the current market does mean that the seller can chose from multiple offers and our role is to offer the seller that service, but we are disappointed that you feel that we did not communicate with you as that is also our role. With his support, I managed to complete the purchase despite a delayed mortgage offer and dealing with an impatient vendor.

GoogleGreat service from this estate agency!! Highly recommended. What more could I ask for. They took my property on and went through all the formalities fairly quickly. They had viewings lined up for the property from day one of going live!! There are many agents that tell you that they have these so called buyers lined up. Goodfellows definitely came through as there was a massive influx of viewings straight away. Jamie was great he advised we go on the market at a certain price point one that was definitely different from what their competitors had stated. He told us that he used a different strategy to ensure that the sale of the property went through quicker than being priced at the top end of the market and run through tedious viewings where you have to continuously tidy up your property for an off chance that there may be an offer. We blocked out an hour on Saturday and had over 20 people in and out and boy did it pay off. Musa secured the sale of our property and was great throughout the process. He helped us throughout and was always available when we needed him. Highly highly recommended cannot stress how easy they made the transition of sale through to purchase. Definitely recommend this agent!! 10* review if that were possible. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

GoogleRenting a flat from agency is not like eating in restaurant you can review the restaurant as soon as you finish eating. I am writing this review after renewing my third tenancy. This agency is very professional where the management knows how to deal with their clients, I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to rent. Special thanks to Marion Gardner and Laura Lindsay who was very patient with me and always present to solve any problem or query.
