GoogleThey are a superb Estate Agent. Ryan kept me updated all the way through my tenancy agreement and sort things quickly and efficiently. Look forward to working with them during my letting period. If they are showing a property you can rest assured you'll have a 5 star service.

GoogleWorst agent ever Kelly! We moved out from our old house and over 2weeks we are still waiting for our deposit to be reliesed, we keep contacting her and she keep saying she will get back to us even though after we moved out the landlord straightaway give his blessing to relieve the deposit for us! We found the new house with this agency and I have to say we had Good experience with Barbara the estate agent
Dear Adrienn we’ve noticed you have changed your review from a 5 to a 2 star. Unfortunately because the property was not managed by Goodfellows we are in the hands of the landlords to authorise in writing the release of deposit monies and cannot do this until we have received this from them. As we merely are the agents holding and protected your deposit. Good news is Kelly spoke to you yesterday advising that your deposit was being released and it was sent back to you yesterday.

GoogleMe and my Partner are first time tenants and we thought it would be very stressful however with Barbara's assistant with the transition, it has been amazing, She has been Professional, to her word, kept us up to date and when she couldn't or even if she could reach me via phone she would still email me and leave a voicemail (but you know how it is noone really listens to them anymore lol). On a serious note Goodfellows services have been impeccable I want to give a shout out to Grace for her professional advice and guidance on insurance, not sell us anything unnecessary. Overall I give 5/5 to goodfellows for Barbara & Grace's impeccable service

GoogleJack Jenkins was a great help to me and my family. When we were selling our parents house . Very professional and efficient. Went through a very stressful time but Jack was always on hand to go through the procedure with us and gave us great support. Would highly recommend Goodfellows especially Jack to guild you through

I started as they appeared to be the cheapest but I have been really impressed with their customer service and more to the point they have always obtained the full rent on my property, which has been paid immediately. GoogleSam and Riaan were fantastic and very helpful all the way through till the end on buying my first house. They were very calm and always ready to help. Even though there was some delay on purchase because of my financial state, they were there to guide me and everything went smoothly and as planned. Thanks again to Sam and Riaan. GoogleIt has been a difficult and long process lasting several months to buy my first property due of a delay in lease extension. However I must say Sam Bedford had been on the case constantly and was tirelessly doing all the chasing for us. She kept us in loop throughout and communicated updates promptly and regularly. Sam worked extremely hard to complete this process. She really made sure we remained positive throughout the difficult process . I am very glad and thankful to have gone through Goodfellows Sutton and especially Sam. Thanks a ton Sam.

GoogleWe recently completed a sale in the middle of alot difficulties. But, I must say Goodfellows estate agents moved mountains for us. They were polite, understanding and very patient on our journey. Happy to help and accommodate us at the drop of a hat. I must mention 2 people Omar Shoshanya and Jaimie the branch manager. People made and jigsawed to their profession. Thank you all.

For instance, Emily was able to demonstrate good communication, she has patience, able to demonstrate an empathetic listening, compassion, as well as an excellent sense of humour. Our home was sold incredibly quickly, we were regularly kept up-to-date with the progress of our sale and the team went above and beyond to assist where they could with our onward purchase. GoogleGreat team at Goodfellows, Cheam I had the pleasure of working with the team at the North Cheam branch near Sutton. Since I live in the NE of England I needed to work with an Agent that could really be my eyes and ears on the ground with the various interested parties. Upon walking in to the branch it was immediately clear that there was a real team spirit and a 'Can Do' culture about the place. Local knowledge of the market was really excellent also and all tasks and activities were completed in a timely fashion. Thanks specially to Sabrina. GoogleI cannot recommend and thank Goodfellows Mitcham enough for their hard work and support in getting my house sold and then subsequently dealing with my purchase. The communication was open and frequent and I never doubted that I could trust them to act for me. My sale wasn't easy and when my buyer's solicitor was holding up the chain, Jonathan went beyond the call of duty to get everything over the line. Thank you so much to Cathi, Jamie and Omar but a special shout out to Jonathan who especially looked after for me.
