Due to family circumstances I needed to move out of my then current place pretty quickly, I contacted Goodfellows and was advised of 2 properties that met our needs, one of which was absolutely perfect. We put an offer in which was accepted within a day and the referencing process took no more than 2 days. With everything complete sooner than we thought we decided we wanted to move in sooner than initially planned as we were going away the day after the original move in date so thought the extra days would help. Aaron who was dealing with our references and move was extremely supportive and managed to get the landlord to agree an earlier start date, so we basically managed to move in to our new place 9 days from the initial viewing. Absolutely awesome customer service and they really listen to your needs as well as accommodate when required. Highly recommend these guys, had an awesome experience!!!

We were selling and buying through Goodfellows and I can honestly say that we had the most efficient and professional service from them. I was mostly dealing with Rosie at the beginning and also Sam, and then with Ann, who was super fast to respond to any queries we had etc.. Great agency. Highly recommended.

Sam was fantastic to deal with when buying my flat. She was honest, fair, never pushy and always keen to help. Even when the sale of my previous property was difficult she was helpful, understanding and good at passing messages on to the sellers. Absolute pleasure to work with. Even though I hope I don't need to buy again for some time, if I ever do, I wouldn't hesitate in working with her again. Can highly recommend.

I am a first time buyer and i went out on viewings with countless agents and i must say s big thank you to Jonathon Walugembe who was very kind and patient with me and took the time to explain and help and reassure me when ever i needed something explained. I would recommend Goodfellows Estate Agents especially Jonathon he has made my journey of buying and selling little less stressful out of all the different agents i met on my journey of selling snd buying my first home i gound Jonathon to be the best sales negotitor by far so i give him 5 stars for a job well done and a note for management i feel he deserve a lot more than 5 stars a bonus for a job well done.
