GoogleThere is no need to look anywhere else! Excellent communication, and promt management of viewings and aftercare. Khadeja is brilliant at her job and you won't want for anything as its all taken care of for you. If you want 5 star service don't look anywhere else. Thank you

GoogleWell, it's been a month now since we sold our house. Apparently our buyer was soooo desperate to move in on completion day we had nothing but hassle on when we were leaving the house on what was an emotional and stressful day, we must have had at least 5 phone calls from Sarah Pine who quite frankly was soooo pushy throughout our whole selling process that as of today's date, our buyer has still not moved in !!!! Lee Hunt is apparently very direct but NEVER rude! I totally agree with the review that Sunny gave. We cannot all be liars! I found Lee very rude. I think Lee and Sarah need some training on empathy, sympathy and people skills!! They got the sale which they were employed to do but at what cost to us as the customer! A very stressful 7 months which was made a hell of a lot more stressful then what it should have been considering we were not in a chain!! Would I use them again, NO is the answer. There are alot of estate agents to use, so I would look around and do your homework. On a plus side, Joel is a very pleasant young man. At least someone there has manners 😆😆

GoogleGoodfellows marketed my property very effectively; and I obtained a buyer within 2 weeks of it being publicised. Sarah was an efficient approachable responsive contact person, who did all that she could to move the process along to its conclusion with contract completion.

GoogleI was a first time buyer and after looking at many properties with different agencies we had the blessing of buying through Goodfellows and the help of the sales manager Joel. The whole team were very honest, helpful and very informative. Not once did I feel pushed or forced into buying the property. They allowed us plenty of time to have a think and even kindly let us view the property numerous times before completing any paperwork! Thanks again to Joel and the rest of the team, keep up the good work!

GoogleFrom the moment Sam stepped into our property, we knew that she was the right person for the job. From beginning to end, Sam has supported us throughout the entire process, even when our first buyer fell through. She never gave up on us or our house, and turned what seemed like an impossible situation - into a massive relief for us. A huge thanks also to Omar, Rosie and Ellie for all of their effort supporting us as well. We would 100% recommend the Goodfellows Sutton team, as they kept us updated and advised us when necessary. We were never made to feel like we were a bother or annoying, they always made sure to listen or help us when needed. We cannot thank Sam and her team enough, they have gone above and beyond.

GoogleI recently rented a property via Goodfellows in Morden. All the staff are very friendly and supportive. Especially, I appreciate Khadeja for all the support. They responded to all the enquiries promptly, sorted any enquiries immediately. They looked after the issues even after moving in to the property. I'm very satisfied and would recommend Goodfellows in Modern to my friends.
