GoogleBought and sold a house with Goodfellows and they were excellent both times - they helped us find the house that was perfect for us first time round, emailing us weeks after we’d given up because something came up that the agent knew we’d love. Then selling they got things sorted really quickly for us and we’re very flexible when things changed and we needed to sell more quickly. We now leave outside London but wouldn’t hesitate to contact them if buying or selling in the area again.

GoogleTHE WORST AGENCY EVER!!! My daughter and friends rented through this agency and there has been grief every step of the way. Bradley lies. He gave them a moving in date but kept putting off issuing the contract saying he had so many other more contracts to issue first but not to worry but because they would definitely move in on the set date. They all gave notice at their current accommodation and then Bradley changed the date at the last minute. Bradley stated in an email what would be in the house and is now trying to disown that. When they moved in the agency couldn't provide them with the appropriate codes. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT TRUST THEM

GoogleWe started working with Goodfellows in August 2022 when we saw a property and fell in love with it immediately. We were quickly offered a viewing and Lorraine from Goodfellows took the lead from their liaising between us and the seller during our negotiations until our offer was accepted. From there Lorraine kept in good contact with us whilst we got our mortgage offer together. Although this took some time, Lorraine was patient with us and felt she really had our back keeping the seller at ease during this delay. At the point of exchanging contracts there delays from the sellers side but again Lorraine was great to get this resolved and moved along so we could get the deal over the line It was a pleasure working with Lorraine and have no doubt to recommend her and the Cheam office to anyone needing property services.

GoogleGoodFellows Agents were godsend to us when we were looking for a suitable 3BHK house for rental. The agents were super helpful and accommodating to all our needs and showed us different properties until we found one to our liking. They were very professional and helpful at all times and prompt with their responses to help finalize the property with the landlord. Khadeja specifically has been the face of this agency for me and all the experience of interactions was hassle free and informative to help our family make the decision.

Barbara was efficient at communicating how the viewings went and potential offers. They also offered a competitive rate and succeeded at finding us tenants quickly. I highly recommend using them.

GoogleSo we finally completed and moved into our new home yesterday. It was far from simple but we cannot thank all the team at Goodfellows Sutton branch enough especially Ellie and Sam who went above and beyond to get us through. Their support and guidance was always there every step of the way. From the start right to the very end. Thank you from a very relieved Lisa, Alan and Lucy.
