I chose Goodfellows Cheam after talking to four estate agents in total. Stefan Rojas and his team at Goodfellows stood out from the crowd as being the most genuine, motivated people, ready to get our house sold. Everything with Stefan, Sabrina and Martin and everyone else in the office went really well - they held our hands through the whole (stressful!) process, worked hard to keep everyone in the chain happy despite it taking six long and difficult months to get an exchange due to issues further up the chain, and got us over the line in the end. We recommend Goodfellows Cheam 100% as a team that will support you and care about not only the nuts and bolts of the deal, but that will also make sure you are happy as well. I can’t say enough nice things about Jack and Jamie at Goodfellows Mitcham and the amazing, hard work they put in to selling my property in the midst of a tumultuous housing market (thanks Putin/Truss!). This was definitely the most stressful and drawn out property transaction I’ve ever been involved in, but Jack and Jamie’s tenacity and perseverance in the face of many twists, turns and exasperating hold ups (plus me constantly on their backs wanting updates) was a sight to behold. They’re both super friendly, approachable, professional, and knowledgeable, and certainly went the extra mile to get this over the line- exactly what you want from an estate agent working on your behalf. Their commission isn’t the cheapest, but in this case I certainly got what I paid for- they were worth every penny. Cheers guys!

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to the Goodfellows Mitcham team for their support and outstanding service when I sold my flat earlier this year (2022). I live in Australia and had been dealing remotely with another local agency who "managed" the rental of my flat for a decade. Around 3 years ago, I asked that other agency to sell it for me, and they were awful. I had 5 "aborted sales" which cost me a small fortune, and they couldn't have cared less. So this year, desperate to finally be rid of this property, I contacted Jamie Ford from Goodfellows in Mitcham on line. From the very first message he was helpful, professional, sympathetic and pro-active. What a difference! Jamie then put me in touch with his colleague, Jack O'Shea, and the very first offer they presented to me ended up being a completed sale just a few months later. They were a fantastic team who ensured the sale progressed efficiently and cost-effectively. They also put me in touch with their own conveyancer who handled everything for me online, so it was a breeze to exchange and settle from here in Australia. The relief I felt to finally sell this flat after so many years - and after so many costly "aborted sales" because of the incompetence of the other local agency - was indescribable. I cannot recommend Jamie, Jack and Goodfellows more highly to any prospective clients. I will be forever grateful to them for all their hard work, expertise, and outstanding service.

Our Experience with Zahrah and Goodfellow's was good. We were looking for the property before moving from Netherlands to London and was challenging to find Agency supporting us from abroad. Zahrah was kindly supporting us showing the finally selected house by a video call. Point of improvement we suggest to Goodfellow is to better define to the client the "who is doing what". In fact during the process of moving/removal was sometime difficult to understand to who refer getting some delays in the required feedbacks/confirmations.

THE WORST AGENCY EVER!!! My daughter and friends rented through this agency and there has been grief every step of the way. Bradley lies. He gave them a moving in date but kept putting off issuing the contract saying he had so many other more contracts to issue first but not to worry but because they would definitely move in on the set date. They all gave notice at their current accommodation and then Bradley changed the date at the last minute. Bradley stated in an email what would be in the house and is now trying to disown that. When they moved in the agency couldn't provide them with the appropriate codes. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT TRUST THEM
