GoogleI had a fabulous experience with Lorraine and Stefan in this branch. Even my purchase was not the easiest one, Stefan has managed to support me and sort things with my solicitor. On the other hand, I was far away in North Cambridge during the purchase, Lorraine has helped me a lot for the things that needed to be done on my behalf. I am glad, I could successfully end the purchase and started to live in Cheam village.

GoogleWe considered a few Estate agents before choosing Goodfellows and we are so pleased we did. We didn't feel like we were being given the hard sell or promises that wouldn't be kept. In fact we couldn't have dreamt getting 12 viewings on the open day just a few days after going on the market. Then selling a week after going on the market and for more than the guide price (which was not undervalued). Goodfellows have been there when needed and kept in touch as well as helping push things forward. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stefan and his lovely team.

We never want to hard sell and we never want to overpromise as we do see people who are taken in by some agents into overpricing and they waste three months y not selling and then when they do eventually sell, they actually sell at less than they could have got if they had gone on at the right price in the first place. Pricing is so important but as you also allude to ,so if the after care service that we provide to ensure that the hard work pays off and we get to that all important exchange of contracts through good clear communication with all parties. Googlei don't know, somehow staff at this branch never calls back, even if you are calling them day after day to get a viewing in to see a property on sale. It happened now twice to me and I guess next time I see a property on sale by Goodfellows Mitcham I will just skip it.
We sincerely apologise...We did manage to call you back (on the 24th) and you are booked in for the 29th to see Orchid Lodge. You have also been sent properties for two others we have in the area on the (26th). Still not good enough and we acknowledge your unhappiness. Kind regards Goodfellows Mitcham.

GoogleI want to give a quick shoutout to Jack. As first time buyers we were new to the process and Jack really helped us along the way. Always available to answer any questions we had, was never pushy and was just generally great to work with. Although the process was naturally stressful, Jack did everything he could to make it feel as easy and stress-free as could be for us. If you're looking for an estate agent in the Morden area, Jack's your go to. Thanks again for your help.

GoogleJack from Goodfellows Morden was brilliant in selling my house. He came in and gave me a good valuation/run through of the market and managed to get me a great offer within 2 weeks of listing. He then stayed in touch throughout the legal process and helped to chase solicitors. Great service

GoogleI chose Goodfellows Cheam after talking to four estate agents in total. Stefan Rojas and his team at Goodfellows stood out from the crowd as being the most genuine, motivated people, ready to get our house sold. Everything with Stefan, Sabrina and Martin and everyone else in the office went really well - they held our hands through the whole (stressful!) process, worked hard to keep everyone in the chain happy despite it taking six long and difficult months to get an exchange due to issues further up the chain, and got us over the line in the end. We recommend Goodfellows Cheam 100% as a team that will support you and care about not only the nuts and bolts of the deal, but that will also make sure you are happy as well. Lovely, talented people!
