GoogleSales team are very unprofessional.. they only give you viewing on properties they can’t sell to make up the numbers when they scheduled other viewings. I have kindly asked Jack for information to sell my property but clearly he is not even interested. Asked him twice after viewing two properties after which he ghosted on me on both occasions. They will NEVER call you back or are NEVER available when you call them. I clearly don’t understand how they work. It has not come to the point where I now skip all properties from Goodfellows! Would not recommend to deal with them or even want to entertain them or put any offer as I can imagine the trouble i will have to go through after reading other reviews. I am sorry for the seller who have their property on the market with Goodfellows and cannot seem to get any offers in. You will now understand why. Mainly because Goodfellows have little to no communications after any viewings or will call you back.

GoogleNever experienced this before. I called to enquire about a property on behalf of my parents who are downsizing their current property. I was speaking to Reece.
Everything was going well until I told them that we would be putting our property on the market next week.
I was told that they could only view once our property was on the market and we had offers. I had never heard of this restriction before and quite openly questioned it. I could understand if they wanted to verify and offer or were looking for a cash buyer but this was a new one to me.
I have been put off finding a property through this agent and would question ever using them to sell a property as their poor attitude is just uncalled for. It took many attempts to get a hold of them on the phone in the first place. Surely their management can see this, they only need to try ringing on a private number.

GoogleI purchased through Goodfellows and did not have a very good experience. 9 times out of 10 when I called it would go to the 'overflow service' and I would request a callback which was often never returned. Both myself and my solicitors found it hard to get an email response from them and when they did respond they had usually not paid attention to what had been asked. Although I found Joel pleasant enough to talk with (whenever i did get a callback) he wasn't very proactive in chasing things up and seemed to not really be aware of what was going on. Lee on the other hand I found to be rude, abrasive and condescending. I would never purchase through Goodfellows again.

Louise provided guidance during the initial viewing/valuation visit that need actioning to get the property tenant ready (cosmetically and legally) which was extremely helpful along with detailed information on the rental services provided.
Our viewing needs were supported by Louise and Keeley who organised weekend block viewings which limited evening disruption (super helpful when you have young children).
The property rented our very quickly and the contract process was very simple with the remote and online system allowing for a quick completion.
Overall, a very good service provided by the team in Carshalton.
