GoogleMy wife and I just moved to London, but were looking at properties before moving. Emmanuel from Goodfellows was so helpful and professional, answering our questions before we moved so that when we arrived there was already a place waiting for us! And it is such a beautiful place too! So much greener, and quieter than being in Central London, and much more affordable! Since we moved we have had even more questions and issues, we've felt like we've been overloading Emmanuel with them! But he has done such a great job of answering them and getting onto any issues we've had within a day of us contacting him.

GoogleGoodfellows Mitcham are fantastic! I dealt with two agents predominantly, both were excellent. They managed to help me sell my house in a very turbulent market, working hard to ensure there were plenty of viewings. Their photographer was excellent and really made the house shine. The agents followed up and put forward all the offers promptly and professionally, communicated well to me the client. That aside the team in the office are lovely, you feel they're approachable and there to answer or help always. Their rate was very competitive as well. I would highly recommend you call them if selling in Mitcham.

GoogleWe considered a few Estate agents before choosing Goodfellows and we are so pleased we did. We didn't feel like we were being given the hard sell or promises that wouldn't be kept. In fact we couldn't have dreamt getting 12 viewings on the open day just a few days after going on the market. Then selling a week after going on the market and for more than the guide price (which was not undervalued). Goodfellows have been there when needed and kept in touch as well as helping push things forward. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stefan and his lovely team.

We never want to hard sell and we never want to overpromise as we do see people who are taken in by some agents into overpricing and they waste three months y not selling and then when they do eventually sell, they actually sell at less than they could have got if they had gone on at the right price in the first place. Pricing is so important but as you also allude to ,so if the after care service that we provide to ensure that the hard work pays off and we get to that all important exchange of contracts through good clear communication with all parties.
