GoogleI moved to a flat recently, but were looking at properties for a long time. Emmanuel from Goodfellows was so helpful and professional, answering our phone calls and questions before we moved in. The flat is good and the area is very calm with plenty of shops and underground station nearby! So much greener, and quieter areas around too, and much more affordable! Emmanuel has done a good job.

GoogleHad and am still having the worst experiance from Goodfellows Mitcham. I called and arranged a viewing , they never turned up left me hanging for 45min-1hour in the heat and 7 months pregnant. No one called me back to even assist or apologise I called again this week to reconfirm another viewing still nothing. No email no calls nothing from them. I wont be making the same mistake to turn up to a viewing without any formal confirmation. Its worth reporting to Ombudsmen regarding their behaviour to clients.

GoogleI recently purchased a property advertised by Goodfellows. Jack O'Shea was the agent working on my property. He is extremely professional and very capable. My cased had a delay and he managed to fixed the broken connection between the the two parties. He always followed up with updates and asking questions about changes. I hope Jack's manager give him a promotion because he did an amazing job and I know even he is on viewings and had other clients, he managed always to followed up on my questions and calls. My broker Sheeba Asghar very professional and also bright person. Even after her work she continued following the case and helping out with reaching out to lawyers and agents. She also deserve a pay rise! She gave me a lot of helpful advice for my new home. I'm very thankful for all the help from both Jack and Sheeba! Good luck! Keep up the good work!

GoogleExcellent service from beginning, during and closing of a property purchase. Thanks to Stefan and his team for attention to detail and not dropping the ball! So many agents drop the ball and don’t follow through on promises! Not the case I’m happy to say with Goodfellows would definitely use again!

GoogleI rented a house through Goodfellows, Carshalton Beeches recently. The whole process was pretty smooth, I are living in a new renovation house now. If you are looking for a letting property. I have no hesitation to recommend you to contact Bradley Hearse and David Mitchel.They helped me to secure our property. They arranged reviewing property, communicated with the landlord, and went through reference check and signed contract in an efficient and professional manner. When I had some issues about the house, I just called them, they reply me shortly and follow up my case. I am satisfied with their excellant service.

GoogleI required the services of a lettings agent in Worcester Park in 2022. I invited three local lettings agents, one of which was Goodfellows Estate Agents in Cheam Village. Beckie Durrant, Lettings Manager from Goodfellows, came to assess my property and discuss relevant matters. It was immediately obvious that Beckie had done her homework and she was better informed then the other two agents. She came with a pile of literature helpful to landlords. She discussed many matters and by the time she left I had learnt a lot! (I am a teacher by profession and I know when someone has done his/her homework!) Beckie’s rental estimate was higher than that of the other two agents, who were less well informed then Beckie on many issues regarding the rental market in the Worcester Park area. I gave Beckie the go ahead and she arranged photographs to be taken of my property and within a few days the property details were online, and she promptly found me a tenant who paid the advertised rent. When the tenants left after a year in 2023 Beckie organised viewings whilst the tenants were still at the property, and once again, she found new tenants for me in less than a week! Whilst Beckie was dealing with the new tenancy Kelly Burton, the Property Manager, got on with the end of tenancy process for my existing tenants. I was kept fully informed at all stages. Shortly afterwards I was invited to their office in Cheam Village to sign the contract and the other associated paperwork. As a landlord I am highly satisfied that Beckie Durrant and Kelly Burton of Goodfellows Estate Agents gave me and continue to give me excellent service. If you are a landlord you ought to try Goodfellows! They are really good!!
