GoogleReferring to the wrongly placed for sale sign post earlier ,it was my company that incorrectly erected the sign by mistake (human error). Goodfellows informed us of our mistake to which we contacted our man responsible telling him to return and remove the sign asap. Within twenty minutes Goodfellows advised us that the board had been dum0ped at their office . Unfortunately on the odd occasion a mistake can happen and I apologise to everyone involved.

GoogleDue to unexpected circumstances, I had to put my property on the market at the worst possible time (September 2022) when property prices were rapidly falling and interest rates rising. However, the team at Goodfellows Morden didn't despair and did their utmost in marketing it and getting it viewed. I received one offer which I accepted but the buyer pulled out and the same thing happened again and again whilst mortgages were very difficult to get. Happily though, the sale of my house has now been completed. Thanks go to Tony and Jack M but especially to Jack J who managed to agree a decent price and saw the whole sale through to the end. Highly recommended.

GoogleMy flat was advertised by three estate agents. Goodfellows moved very fast and appointments were setup for more than 6 potential tenants in just two days. The viewing was carried out very professionally. After the selection of a suitable tenant the process of verification and references was completed smoothly and the tenants moved in well within the allocated time. I recommend Goodfellows for their professional and outstanding services.

GoogleAfter not so great experiences with other agents, we had an absolutely amazing experience dealing with Molly at Goodfellows to get a house. Molly was super efficient and commercial minded in closing the deal and also ensured a smooth handover. She is experienced in negotiating with both parties. Credit to the whole team involved in the process. I would highly recommend them for both vendors and tenants.

GoogleI recently rented my 4 bedroom detached house in Sutton though Goodfellows and complete process from the initial evaluation though to the signing of the contract was flawless. Beckie and Molly did an outstanding professional job throughout the entire process and I was especially impressed by the quality of Tenants that were put forward. In summary if you are looking for transparent, honest and professional agent I would recommend Goodfellows to any potential landlord or tenant in the Sutton/ Cheam area
