GoogleWe have dealt with both the sales and letting departments of Goodfellows in Cheam and we do not have a bad word to say. From the start of our property search with Lucy from sales, she helped us through a really difficult situation and did everything possible for us to by the property we wanted. After, and on completion Hayley from the letting team took over and let our property with in a matter of days. Hayley and Hannah found a tenant that wanted to move in straight away and the whole team worked tremendous hard to make sure everything was in place and ready within 24 hours. We couldn’t recommend Goodfellows in Cheam highly enough and will certainly be using them again!

GoogleI registered with Katie to find me a property to rent. Katie was very efficient and helpful and kept me up to date with new properties coming to the market. She knew exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately we were quite picky and nothing was 100% perfect. We have managed to secure another property, however will not hesitate to contact her again should we need her help in the future.

GoogleThank you to Goodfellows - Cheam and especially Hannah who has been fantastic from start to finish. No matter what questions or how many questions we had she was always happy to help. Moving is stressful at the best of times, so this just made one part of everything less stressful! Thank you Hannah and for always being pleasant and having a smile when you were helping us.

GoogleIn my experience, Goodfellows are completely different to all other estate agents I have dealt with; they actually care about the industry and their clients. They are genuinely motivated to help find a property. Stefan Rojas in the Cheam branch is fantastic! He is a lovely and bubbly character and certainly goes the extra mile to help out. He is extremely dedicated and a real credit to Goodfellows. He kept us regularly updated with new properties or price reductions on the market and has an excellent knowledge of the local area. Once we had found our dream home, he was constantly available and helpful throughout the purchase; again giving us regular updates and fighting our corner at every obstacle until completion. I would fully recommend Goodfellows, Cheam for any house purchase or sale and they will be our first call should we decide to move in future. A genuine 5 Star service!

GoogleThe manager (Nelson Samuel-Onyugo) is greedy and twist his tongue with different tactics and methods. I my case the landlord agreed with me but the manager wanted him to charge higher rent so he didn’t give me the house!

Dear Farhan Bhutta Thank you for responding and supplying the information needed to investigate. Following the accusations in the review I contacted the landlords and they informed me that they were made aware of your offer via Goodfellows, however felt it was too low and have since let the property for more. They also informed me they had never been in contact with any potential tenants and your claims are unfounded. I apologize if you felt the staff were siding with the Landlord, but Goodfellows has a duty of care to both the Landlords & Tenants and part of that care is being honest with all parties as to what we believe a property can achieve. GoogleComplete time wasters. BUYERS BEWARE. They strung us along for 3 months, wasting our time and lying to us about a seller that was not in any position to sell. They cannot be trusted and will exploit your patience. It’s not ok to mess people around like Goodfellows do. A heartbreaking experience.
