GoogleFabulous service from Liz, Larraine and Grant who got us asking price for our property within 24 hours and fought tooth and nail to get the transaction through and persuade our seller to break the chain so we could just get things done. They worked really hard, were always responsive and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

GoogleI appointed Goodfellows in late June and had tenants installed by mid August. Sharmila and Jordan worked very hard to get me my tenants. Due to being overseas at the time of appointment, I opted for the full managed service and the team was able to organise some work on the property at short notice and get the tenants installed for me.

As we are from Essex , coming from a long way , he immediately find a suitable property ,and arranged viewing and we are happy to take the property within an hour .Thanks Jordon. GoogleI dealt with Lewis last year when when he worked in the Mitcham branch. We were looking for a property in the area and although we chose not to rent at the time, he was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. He definitely looked out for our best interest. I will highly recommend his service and I have no doubt he will be able to provide exceptional services in Morden.

GoogleKerrie-Ann Tyson has been the property manager I've been dealing at Goodfellows since letting out our house in 2017. In the time I've know her she has shown herself to be very professional efficient and diligent - taking a personal interest in issues that arise and 'owning' the problem until it is resolved. It is my hope that she stays around for some time to come. Well done to her and to the whole Goodfellows team.

GoogleHad a viewing with Jordan today. Took a bit of time to figure out the front door key and the back door key was missing, but seeing as this is not his usual property to view, this is fair enough. Professional, able to answer my questions well enough. Good job!

They constantly kept me up to date of what was happening when and what I needed to do. I was nervous of letting out my property as have heard so many horror stories, but they were very thorough and found me lovely tenants. Thank you
