GoogleService is fine, staff is friendly and they have a good system set up. I especially like the ability to sign official documents digitally. But agency fees are extremely high.

GoogleQuite good in average response speed and establshing safety as first priority. Helpful, approachable and professional as best characteristics. Generally, we are happy with the house they found for us and we'd recommend them. They could favor tenants side a bit more, though.

We are sorry that you felt it was rude to explain that our landlords do not accept housing benefit tenants however Hannah is always incredibly pleasant and professional at working and was merely following company procedures.

GoogleVery Rude and unprofessional and disrespectful staff at goodfellows Morden Letting branch, please be mindful when you talk to some of the staff as they are very aggressive and can charge at you, as I had very bad experience dealing with them, In my view staff need lesson in customer service and behavior, as they seems to behave like hooligans

GoogleI spoke to Rebecca and she is the most rude person i have ever heard. When i asked her for instruction for my client she said : am i speaking another language? and she hang up the phone on me.. Please avoid contacting this agency.. VERY RUDE
