In particular, I dealt with Carlene Barton and she took us along to a viewing at a moments notice, and has gone the extra mile to help us achieve what we want, even where complications are involved. GoogleWe were very pleased we used Goodfellows Mitcham to sell our property, the property had been on the market with another local agent who were unable to achieve the best price. Damian successfully negotiated a sale, he always returned calls and emails. The sale was being delayed due to third parties in the chain, without Damian onboard it would have taken a lot longer! Damian was tenacious and professional, we would recommend the team. thank you.

GoogleUsed Gareth to find a new home - his service was really efficient and found him easy to deal with. Overall service has been fantastic. Unlike a lot of other agencies who seem to ignore your requirements, Gareth and Goodfellows only sent properties that met our criteria. Will use again and highly recommended.

GoogleVery disappointed, first they book view last week and agent unable to open the main door so we cannot view propert . Than second time view on 18 th december @ 2:00pm no one has come yet it been 2.45pm noe . Only waste of time . No one attending calls .

GoogleViewed property which we loved with Jodie she was great very professional yet friendly and down to earth, provided local info in schools shops etc. I would definitely use this branch if selling my property in their area and would request Jodie, Ann the manager was also helpful and professional. On the other hand I would avoid goodfellows in Carshalton Beeches which was my local branch tried to list my property to sell with them after taking the pictures heard nothing for ages had to chase and was told they were busy! I got them impression they focus on the high value properties at the expense of properties below 500,000. In the end gave up and went to another agent who listed and had viewings lined up with 24 hours.

The Carshalton Beeches branch has been approached for a response and it appears that there was a breakdown in communication; all the marketing material was prepared and ready to go live a few days after the photographer had visited your property. However, it appears that you had already made the decision to go with another agent by this time. We are sorry that you got the impression that vendors of properties of different values receive a different service as that is certainly not our practice. At the end of the day we are very pleased that your experience with Goodfellows as a company ended on a positive note and that you have now sold and found a new property.

GoogleAn excellent friendly & professional service from Goodfellows, Stonecot Hill. We bought our new home through the Stonecot Hill branch & dealt with Rosie & Ann who were very polite, helpful & professional. We viewed the property twice with Rosie who was lovely. We didn't feel rushed or pressurised & she was genuinely pleased for us when our offer was accepted & we then completed. Any queries we had about the property she looked into straight away. Thank you Rosie for making buying our new home a nice experience.

GoogleFabulous service from Liz, Larraine and Grant who got us asking price for our property within 24 hours and fought tooth and nail to get the transaction through and persuade our seller to break the chain so we could just get things done. They worked really hard, were always responsive and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
