From our first meeting, Nibs assisted with a realistic achievable valuation; gave good and sensible advice for small jobs to be done around the house to maximise value and minimise sales time; and was always in communication with us. Nibs had a strong list of suitable buyers; he arranged viewings quickly and efficiently; we achieved an asking price offer very quickly. Nibs was very honest with us in terms of the likelihood of higher / alternative bids so that, despite the complications of Covid, we had a very smooth sales process. GoogleWe just exchanged on our house in Hampstead after only having put it on the market a very short time ago with Goldschmidt and Howland. They didn't waste my time with time wasters infact they only brought 3 or 4 potential buyers over who all made bids. In the end we got the price we wanted and the whole process was smooth and conducted in record time even with the pandemic making it harder than usual.
