GoogleI highly recommend this firm. Buying and selling your home is a big thing. From my experience it has always included some level of tension, frustration, uncertainty and vulnerability (as well as the exciting and pleasant stuff too). We recently sold our beloved home of 25+ years, with the help and stewardship of Amin and he was so helpful, measured and effective, I'm compelled to write a review. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, and hope that this review is helpful for anyone about to embark on a similar journey.

GoogleMichael was an amazingly helpful and supportive estate agent throughout a challenging and lengthy process. He was always available to speak and went out of his way to help on many occasions, once even when he was on annual leave. Had we not had his support I’m not sure the purchase would have gone through in the end so we are really grateful for all his hard work. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

GoogleI had the great fortune of working with Amin Al-Hashimi at G&H these last few months, in relation to a house sale for my late aunt's Estate. Unlike certain other agents who I met, Amin was the very epitome of professionalism from the off, and was immediately enthused about our prospects. Thanks to Amin's personal skills, experience, and existing client base, the house found a buyer before we even went to market. And when that buyer fell through, Amin had secured an even better offer within 2 weeks. The sale has now completed, and I couldn't be happier. Working with Amin was a pleasure throughout. GoogleMichael and Goldschmidt have been extremely helpful, friendly and pro/(re)active in the process of selling our flat. The flat was smartly advertised and we had a steady stream of viewings and offers. When an initial offeror withdrew unexpectedly, we nonetheless turned it around quickly, and found another buyer readily, and at a higher price to boot, thanks to Michael's good advice. From valuation through to marketing and viewings, everything was handled seamlessly, and they worked tirelessly to generate interest and secure an offer on our flat within just a few weeks. Billy managed the sale of our property with outstanding professionalism and real expertise in handling challenging situations. He guided us through what was, at times, a tricky process, and without his dedication, patience, and persistence, the sale simply wouldn’t have gone through. It was a particularly long and stressful process for all sorts of reasons, none of which were down to the agent, yet Amin was an absolute stalwart. He has incredible energy and determination, and absolutely delivered in all the ways he promised he would. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Infact, if you want to sell your property in this part of London then you would be mad not to approach him!!
