Howard was my agent and my sale in Golders Green has just completed, despite me having to delay for a few months as i became unwell. Leaving my home after 32 years was painful but necessary and Howard was kind and patient. He helped whenever asked and was supportive throughout. He made a painful experience much more manageable and I am glad I chose this agent instead of the one I was using in 2023 when I withdrew from the transaction. I would highly recommend Howard. Me and my partner purchased our first flat together through Goldschmidt & Howland and were exceptionally pleased with the care and service throughout, particularly from Nathan, who used his local property knowledge and helped guide the buying process from initial viewings, follow up viewings, to offer, legal work and completion; he was always available to answer any queries and was very proactive in ensuring the buying process proceeded smoothly. I had a great experience selling my house with the Highgate office. Michael in particular was very vested in my sale and it felt like they genuinely cared that I sold. Immediately, even before going to wider market on social media, they were able to set up multiple viewings from relevant and interested parties. A couple of weeks ago we were asked by our son to view some properties on his behalf whilst he was abroad. He identified two properties, both of which were listed with Goldschmidt and Howland. Goldschmidt & Howland has now helped in an off-market purchase of a fabulous house in Hampstead, its subsequent sale, 17 years later, for a fantastic price and now, again, an off-market purchase of another beautiful house on the Holly Lodge Estate. Whether acting for vendors or buyers, they develop relationships really well, understanding the needs of the both parties and remain friendly and professional throughout. Without that rapport, I doubt that I would have been contacted so quickly when the properties came to market. The only issue now is will Michael Josephides (Highgate) be around in 17 years time, as Nibs Lakhani (Hampstead) was, if I choose to sell again! Thank you both. You were excellent and you have helped me to live a dream for many years.
