I had the great fortune of working with Amin Al-Hashimi at G&H these last few months, in relation to a house sale for my late aunt's Estate. Unlike certain other agents who I met, Amin was the very epitome of professionalism from the off, and was immediately enthused about our prospects. Thanks to Amin's personal skills, experience, and existing client base, the house found a buyer before we even went to market. And when that buyer fell through, Amin had secured an even better offer within 2 weeks. The sale has now completed, and I couldn't be happier. Working with Amin was a pleasure throughout. I cannot recommend Joshua Gould enough. We purchased a house where he was the agent for 2 of the houses in a chain of 4. I have absolutely no doubt that the chain would have failed were it not for Josh’s excellent communication and diplomacy skills. In all my dealings with him I found him proactive, honest and incredibly hard working. He was head and shoulders above all the other estate agents involved in the chain. A completely different league. Should we ever sell he will be the first number I call. A lovely guy who was a pleasure to deal with.
