After the first property we viewed wasn’t quite right for us, he moved quickly to understand what we were looking for and promptly lined up better options. He was responsive, proactive and made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. Really appreciated his efficiency and professionalism, would definitely recommend working with him.

GoogleI recently bought a property with Goldschmidt & Howland and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Lillie. She quickly grasped what I was looking for and found me a property that genuinely feels perfect. After working with several other agents beforehand, i knew i wanted to stick with Lillie once i found her. At no point did I feel like I was being 'sold to' - instead she kept me fully informed, managed expectations and navigated the inevitable stress of a complex chain with confidence and professionalism. GoogleWe recently used G&H in Highgate for our house purchase and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Michael was fantastic throughout the process, extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. In fact, he convinced me to take a look at a property I wasn’t initially sure about, and I’m so glad he did as I ended up buying it and couldn’t be more delighted. Billy was also excellent, showing us around the property for a second viewing and taking the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. The whole team made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. GoogleI have recently sold my house through Goldschmidt and Howland in Camden and would highly recommend Amin who is Sales Manager there. He was very helpful from the start and was very willing to discuss each stage including setting the asking price; and how and when to market the property. He was responsive and communicative - always returning calls or replying to messages. He made the process of selling the house as straightforward as possible.

GoogleGoldschmidt & Howland were recommended to me by a neighbour and they were also the Estate Agents preferred by the vendors of the apartment I was purchasing. So, despite some friendly pressure from other estate agents, I decided to appoint G&H to sell my apartment. I'm so glad I did! After an initial visit from two staff members, I dealt almost exclusively with Michael Josephides, Senior Sales Negotiator. He regularly kept me informed re updates/queries through texts/calls. The buyer put his own apartment on the market only after having seen mine and G&H dealt with this sale too. This greatly facilitated the process, as Michael was very diligent in pushing all concerned parties on both sides. I think the whole process would have taken much longer without his pro-active approach to everything. He was unfailingly polite and attentive and often went the extra mile to get something done. It was a real pleasure to deal with him and I wish him well in his future career.

GoogleGoldschmidt have once again handled the sale of a property for me, and the service I received is why they are always my first port of call when it comes to property, be it sale or rental. In particular, Michael Josephides went that extra mile to help facilitate the transaction - I know he was supported by colleagues, but it felt as if he was available 24/7 and was always willing to take a call or make a call. I can only one again say thank you for your highly professional service - you never lost your cool, even when I was losing mine!
