Michael and Goldschmidt have been extremely helpful, friendly and pro/(re)active in the process of selling our flat. The flat was smartly advertised and we had a steady stream of viewings and offers. When an initial offeror withdrew unexpectedly, we nonetheless turned it around quickly, and found another buyer readily, and at a higher price to boot, thanks to Michael's good advice. Goldschmidt & Howland were recommended to me by a neighbour and they were also the Estate Agents preferred by the vendors of the apartment I was purchasing. So, despite some friendly pressure from other estate agents, I decided to appoint G&H to sell my apartment. I'm so glad I did! After an initial visit from two staff members, I dealt almost exclusively with Michael Josephides, Senior Sales Negotiator. He regularly kept me informed re updates/queries through texts/calls. The buyer put his own apartment on the market only after having seen mine and G&H dealt with this sale too. This greatly facilitated the process, as Michael was very diligent in pushing all concerned parties on both sides. I think the whole process would have taken much longer without his pro-active approach to everything. He was unfailingly polite and attentive and often went the extra mile to get something done. It was a real pleasure to deal with him and I wish him well in his future career.

Goldschmidt & Howland has now helped in an off-market purchase of a fabulous house in Hampstead, its subsequent sale, 17 years later, for a fantastic price and now, again, an off-market purchase of another beautiful house on the Holly Lodge Estate. Whether acting for vendors or buyers, they develop relationships really well, understanding the needs of the both parties and remain friendly and professional throughout. Without that rapport, I doubt that I would have been contacted so quickly when the properties came to market. The only issue now is will Michael Josephides (Highgate) be around in 17 years time, as Nibs Lakhani (Hampstead) was, if I choose to sell again! Thank you both.
