G&H have been helping our customers for very many years with a local knowledge and know-how of this special area and all its hidden gems and charms that is, quite simply, second to none. Our local expertise is then backed up by Goldschmidt and Howland’s formidable resources, specialist teams and network of offices ensuring we deliver the best possible results for our clients. The area has a strong sense of community and we are pleased to play our part by supporting local events. Our office is located on the corner of Clifton Road and Maida Vale, opposite Raoul’s Café and you are more than welcome to pop in whenever you want.

We had great difficulty in selling our London flat. However, it was eventually achieved using Goldschmidt and Howland, in the form of Ricky Dengel. Ricky is very diligent, hard working and experienced. He is trustworthy and knows the London market well. It was this experience, together with his equally experienced colleague Adam French, that helped get us over the line. We can recommend G&H as being very professional, knowledgeable and experienced.

I worked with Richard O. from this branch to view and lease a property in the area. Efficient, responsive and always available, I really felt prioritized. The property is also quite nice and the process from viewing to moving in was quite smooth. Highly recommended.

Without doubt the best estate agents in Little Venice, the sales team at Goldschmidt & Howland navigated the sale of our flat seamlessly and efficiently despite being in the midst of the pandemic. Ben was friendly, professional and effective throughout the process and kept us up to speed with developments constantly. You are just number for them… They scam us by asking around 2900£ to break our contract based on the money the landlord was supposed to pay if we were not in the flat. It was really weird as they had already find new tenants… we are in a bad situation now. We do not know how we are going to do. Never again … to avoid!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to note your perception of a negative experience. We've reviewed your feedback and we're not sure why you gave us a 1 star rating. You entered into a fixed two year tenancy on 1st March 2023. You requested an early surrender of the tenancy. You were aware that should you wish to terminate before being legally permitted to do so under the terms of the agreement that there would be associated costs and also be subject to the Landlords consent. This is made clear in various pre-tenancy documents and included in the signed tenancy agreement. The Landlord did agree to the early surrender and the early termination costs were agreed by you on 5th July. Based on this we commenced marketing the property and were able to advise you a new tenant has been found and, as you are aware, that process is underway. Whilst we value feedback we are not sure what more we could have done to facilitate your wishes in this case.

I've been using Goldschmidt & Howland for the last six years and they have always ,been friendly, efficient and come up with exactly the right property for me time and time again exceeding my expectations when other agents have fallen well short. Their after care service is second to none and they all go well beyond the call of duty hence I cannot recommend Jakub and the rest of the staff at G&H Maida Vale highly enough!

I have rented from goldschmidt for over 8 years. They come into into my flat bring potential buyers all without prior consent. They are arrogant, dismissive and unprofessional. Very disappointing.
