I recently bought a home through Goldschmidt & Howland’s Hampstead branch and had a very positive experience overall. A special mention goes to Josh Holder, who was fantastic throughout the process. He was personable, knowledgeable, and consistently available, whether it was arranging viewings, answering questions, or keeping things moving during the offer and conveyancing stages. His calm, professional manner made a stressful process feel much more manageable, and I always felt he had a clear understanding of both the property and our needs. While there were a couple of points where we had to follow up for updates, Josh was always quick to respond and happy to help. That level of accessibility made a real difference and gave me confidence throughout the transaction. If you’re looking to buy in Hampstead, I’d definitely recommend.

My partner and I purchased our first flat through Goldschmidt & Howland with the help of Raphael, who supported us for nearly a year until we found our perfect home. He was always flexible and happy to meet us on weekends, which made a huge difference as we both work full-time and could only do viewings then. The entire process, from offer to completion, was smooth, and Raphael was consistently supportive and on top of everything, always in a friendly, non-pushy way (a rare quality among agents!). I only have good things to say about G&H Hampstead, and in particular Raphael. He is a real asset to the team. After months of looking, my partner and I found the most perfect property. I am very pleased with the service I received from Goldschmidt & Howland and more specifically from Nat Veiner. She is a true superstar and was on the ball from start to finish: she came back to the flat the day after I saw it to show it a second time, this time to my family; she also came back to the flat when I needed to take measurements for our move (and she even came back shortly after when I called her to tell her I had forgotten to take one measurement!); and she also came to the flat to deliver the keys outside of her normal business hours. More generally, she facilitated the process all the way and made sure all steps were followed and completed in a timely manner. Importantly, she always came back to me with answers whenever I had questions and did not disappear once the lease agreement was signed. What a pleasant change from most real estate agents I have dealt with in the past! Thank you Nat!

Alex was terrific in sales. Goldschmidts were one of three agents who came to win instructions for this sale. They came meaning business, which was very compelling. Two members of the team arrived very well prepared, Daniel Harris and Louisa Blundell. They were armed with a file of comparable sales and made a convincing pitch. It was very impressive. Thereafter, they fully delivered. They found an buyer within a week. Daniel thereafter handled the whole process. He was charming and chiding as necessary. He did a huge amount of work moving the sale forward and was available almost all hours. I cannot speak highly enough of his input. Not for nothing that Goldschmidts has the reputation as the No.1agent in NW3.

From the start Philip, Nibs and Alex were super efficient, discreet, professional and clearly highly skilled and knowledgeable. Once the house was on the market, I dealt solely with Nibs who was always available - answering all my texts and calls at whatever time of day. He arranged a huge amount of viewings that all ran smoothly under his care and always took into consideration my preferences for days/times. Within 2 weeks I was delighted to accept an offer in excess of the asking price which in this current economic climate I was very surprised at. Thereafter Nibs ensured the sale went through as smoothly and as quickly as possible- again always adhering to my wishes. The after care has also been excellent. Goldschmidt & Howland Hampstead is by far the most professional branch of an estate agency I have ever dealt with. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy in North London. The team in Hampstead helped my partner and I secure an incredible rented property in Belsize Park. Two people stood out to us. Firstly, we were extremely impressed with Elliot Gold's professionalism and diligence when he took us around the property. Elliot is very personable and able to build rapport and trust. He patiently answered all of our questions and clearly understood what we were hoping to achieve. In particular, he went above and beyond what might be expected of him by answering all of our questions after the viewing (whether by text or on the phone) and facilitating the close of the deal. A top estate agent! A big thank you is also owed to Adam Nachman. Adam leads the talented lettings team at Goldschmidt & Howland. My superb flat in NW3 was to be sold. Superb flat refer to location in NW3, nearness to public transport, popular and quiet street, location in the building and layout of the rooms. Louisa Blundell, Senior Sales Negotiator with Goldschmidt & Howland, recognised this amazing space and understood what a wonderful home the flat had been for 27 years. In addition, that internal modernisation was needed for the flat facilities to become superb. Louisa produced a Valuation Letter which reflected the situation. Redecoration was done by a contractor recommended by Louisa. Sales brochure was properly made and potential buyers, already in their data base, were first given the opportunity to view. The flat was sold some weeks thereafter to one of those persons for a price most acceptable for both buyer and me as seller. The selling of a flat can be daunting at the best of times, but Louisa made it as smooth and stress-free as possible, by sorting out all potential and real problems amicable and in time. If I had another flat Louisa would be selling that one as well. However, I do not have such an asset. I can therefore only wholeheartedly recommend to anybody, who wish to sell a property, to let Louisa do it. O Vagle
