GoogleReally pleased with our experience as tenants in a property managed by the Hampstead G&H team. Right from the start of the property search process Holly in particular was a pleasure to deal with and very professionally and efficiently negotiated a deal for us. She also stayed in touch throughout our tenancy which was really appreciated. The property management and office team were also a pleasure to deal with and so responsive to any queries, maintenance points and guidance on the check out process when we left the property. Would certainly recommend going forward.

GoogleI first contacted Goldschmidt & Howland many months ago in anticipation of my move to London from overseas. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Elliot Gold who could not have been more professional and nice. He listened carefully to what I was looking for in the way of a nice rental in the Hampstead area. At the end of the phone call, he told me that he thought he had the perfect flat for me. He sent me the photos and sure enough it was the perfect flat for me. Getting approval was a challenge as I am self-employed but Elliot went far and beyond the call of duty to ensure I received approval. I moved in last week and I could not be happier. GoogleI had the worst experience with Goldschmidt as a renter, especially with the agent Eliot. The flat that they made us visit was in order and we paid a deposit and signed papers for rental. This was a big move for us as we moved from abroad. On the day of our move to London, the agent called me to explain that the tenants were refusing to move and that Goldschmidt and the landlord were cancelling the contract. No effort to back us up or to help us what so ever. This was a very stressful time for us in part because Goldschmidt was unable to honor the contract and to help in any way and because we were left without a place to stay. Thanks again Goldschmidt. Awful experience. Stay away.

JC, we are sad to note your review but it does not mirror the event vis a vis your application form. Your holding deposit was received on the afternoon of 12th July, we then advised you that unfortunately the application wasn't going ahead at circa 1pm on 13th July and the deposit refund was made to you on 14th July. Your prospective tenancy was not due to start until early September. The tenancy application form that you completed was not a tenancy agreement and on checking the record we were surprised to note you thought this had occurred on the day you were due to move when, in fact, that is not the case. If it had been we would of course have tried our best to help you find accommodation.

GoogleI have recently relocated to a home in Hampstead. I had an issue with leftover rubbish from the last tenants. I went into the Hampstead office and was immediately greeted by Jodie Robinson, who then proceeded to help me with my issue just as quickly. Jodie checked up with me several times and even went out of her to check if the rubbish was removed in a timely manner. I really felt like Jodie cared about resolving the problem and went the extra steps to help me! I was very impressed with Jodie’s attentiveness and the level of customer service she provided. She really went above and beyond, in my opinion!
