They didn't waste my time with time wasters infact they only brought 3 or 4 potential buyers over who all made bids. In the end we got the price we wanted and the whole process was smooth and conducted in record time even with the pandemic making it harder than usual. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and organization. After three months, I was informed that the flat was only available for cash buyers because it lacked the EWS1 and other necessary documents. They should have communicated this upfront, saving me the cost and effort of involving a solicitor just to ask the property management company.
