I recently bought my first property in Camden. Daniel and I met when I rented a flat in London last year and I was already at that point impressed with how attentive he was to what I was looking for. No wasting of my time driving around London in a fancy Mini if you know what I mean. In general, they were nice people and pleasant to deal with. However, they lack professionalism and expertise. They made many mistakes when preparing the contract, scanned the wrong documents and the process took longer. It wasn’t really a problem, just bothersome. However, my biggest problem with them was their false advertisement. I’m currently renting a flat in Camden, through them. The first thing said to me when I visited the flat was how warm it gets in the winter and that this was its best quality. I was really keen on finding a warm apartment. Turns out, it was extremely badly insulated, the heating is poor and the windows are so old they increase heat loss. I’m having to wear 3 sweaters and 2 blankets in October. It’s so ridiculous I can’t even believe the lack of research. I’m truly disgusted and won’t ever turn to them for help again.
