Highly recommend working with this team. Selling our flat turned into a long and genuinely difficult process. There was a share-of-freehold building, a lease extension request, a string of survey enquiries and some tough negotiation right up to exchange. At several points the sale could easily have stalled or fallen through, and Harry was the main reason it didn't. He kept everyone moving, chased both sides' solicitors and gave us straight, sensible advice whenever we had a decision to make. He never lost patience, even when we were close to losing ours. Thanks also to Amin and Lillie for their support along the way. We'd recommend them without hesitation.
