By far the best estate agent I have ever worked with (for both selling and buying). Just before selling in April 2020, Adam French gave us his insightful views on the property market and made sure we were comfortable with our timing and his valuation. Immediately after signing, in less than 15 days they managed to organise more than 25+ viewings. Communication was smooth and regular throughout the entire process. Ben Haftel and Adam French are incredibly resilient agents. They managed to find multiple buyers when the transaction fell through a few times due to the virus/brexit situation and the competitiveness of the sellers' market. At all times, they went out of their way to ensure that all parties in the transaction were obtaining what they wanted. With tactful negotiation skills Ben managed to untangle very complicated issues related to pricing, unhelpful property managers, overworked lawyers from both sides and personal requirements of the clients. Until a few days after the moving date, they were on top of every movement. Ben even took care of redirecting some packages sent to the wrong address. We initially bought our property with Goldschmidt's assistance back in 2015 (Adam French was our main point of contact). We were very pleased with the experience that we decided to go back to them when we decided to sell in order to upsize. Before confirming, we did our research interviewing other agents and seeking other valuations. Adam and Ben stood out as the most reliable and informed professionals.
