GoogleBy far the best estate agent I have ever worked with (for both selling and buying). Just before selling in April 2020, Adam French gave us his insightful views on the property market and made sure we were comfortable with our timing and his valuation. Immediately after signing, in less than 15 days they managed to organise more than 25+ viewings. Communication was smooth and regular throughout the entire process. Ben Haftel and Adam French are incredibly resilient agents. They managed to find multiple buyers when the transaction fell through a few times due to the virus/brexit situation and the competitiveness of the sellers' market. At all times, they went out of their way to ensure that all parties in the transaction were obtaining what they wanted. With tactful negotiation skills Ben managed to untangle very complicated issues related to pricing, unhelpful property managers, overworked lawyers from both sides and personal requirements of the clients. Until a few days after the moving date, they were on top of every movement. Ben even took care of redirecting some packages sent to the wrong address. We initially bought our property with Goldschmidt's assistance back in 2015 (Adam French was our main point of contact). We were very pleased with the experience that we decided to go back to them when we decided to sell in order to upsize. Before confirming, we did our research interviewing other agents and seeking other valuations. Adam and Ben stood out as the most reliable and informed professionals.

GoogleGoldschmidt & Howland Little Venice (Jakub) have recently assisted me with finding a new home - they were very patient, responsive, pro-active and very nice to dealt with. Jakub went above and beyond to take into account all my preferences and made the experience of searching a new home smooth and issues-free. Jakub and the team (Carly and Simeon) were also really helpful through out the negotiation and contracting process, they assisted swiftly with all my queries and made sure I was guided and well informed through out the whole process. I'm loving the new place and the neighbourhood so thanks again for all your help!

GoogleWithout doubt the best estate agents in Little Venice, the sales team at Goldschmidt & Howland navigated the sale of our flat seamlessly and efficiently despite being in the midst of the pandemic. Ben was friendly, professional and effective throughout the process and kept us up to speed with developments constantly. GoogleI found the whole team to be very professional both the letting department that have looked after me for years and the sales team, but special mention must go to Jeremy Landes , whose patience with me was unbelievable , he not only had to deal with me , but the purchaser and a very difficult tenant and he managed it all with great charm & curtesy. i would have no hesitation in recommending Goldschmidt to anyone who wanted to buy , sell or rent .

GoogleCobi at Goldschmidt was the sole agent entrusted to sell my home of 15 years. It took some time but he was so encouraging and worked very much with me. I truly felt heard as selling your home is an emotional process and there are unexpected hurdles that come a long as well as lost sales. It’s all about timing and Cobi was eventually able to sell my home and supported me through the process. I recommend Goldschmidt and Howland and in particular Cobi.
