Hi Abdo, we apologise for cancelling your viewing. However once a landlord agrees to let the property to a tenant, all subsequent viewings would be cancelled. We feel a one star review on Google is very harsh under the circumstances, and we hope you find a home soon with another estate agent. Many thanks.
