GoogleLetting Genie took over the management over the place we are renting a little bit over a year ago. We are extremely happy with the way they are running things, whenever we report any issues, we are being typically contacted back within couple of hours, and usually everything is dealt with quite promptly. I can imagine all other services are being run the same way. Best property management agency I have dealt with so far. Many thanks Alison :)

GoogleLetting Genie (Alison and Vik) are superb, knowledgable, efficient professionals with a personal touch -we cannot fault them - anyone thinking of employing a letting agent to procure and fully reference new tenants don’t hesitate. We weren’t intending on renting our flat out at the outset and when our circumstances changed and we needed to act quickly to rent the property for a while they found superb tenants who treat the property with respect. We were clueless about being landlords and they made it easy.

GoogleI have been dealing with Letting Genie for just under a year. I am a first time landlord and was very nervous and the rental world. I approached letting genie, due to them being recommended to myself. They managed to answer all my questions and it has been a great experience. They explained everything clearly and it was so easy to understand. When I need to email / phone they will always reply extremely quickly. Everything is done by them and I can just put my feet up and not have to worry about a thing. I would recommend this company to anyone who is needing a hassle free life. GoogleIt is now just over a year since I started using Letting Genie for the management of my rental property. I have been letting my bungalow for five years and switched to Letting Genie when my original agent retired. Since the switch, Mr & Mrs Daws (Vik & Alison) have been nothing but helpful and have demonstrated a complete understanding of my needs. I am using them for a full management service, which makes my life so simple, especially as I am a remote landlord.
