GoogleThank you to the team at Freeman Forman Tonbridge for all of their help, patience and persistence in getting my flat sale complete. The sale took far longer than expected but the team, most notably Jess were exceptional at both chasing the relevant party, and keeping all parties up to date with information. They provide a great service at Freeman Forman, right from the initial interaction through to the day of completion. Please give my thanks to Jess as she was fantastic throughout the whole process. GoogleFreeman Forman deserves a 5-star rating, particularly Fiona. She was exceptional during the whole process. While there were a few minor hiccups from the other side, Fiona kept us informed throughout with her friendly, cheerful, and professional demeanour. I highly recommend Freeman Forman.

GoogleThis company has let a flat without having it cleaned since the previous tenant left. Carpets threadbare, condition appalling. Additionally, of the two electric heaters supplied, one does not work (there is no central heating). EDIT: As suggested in the reply from Countrywide, I will contact Countrywide on this.
