GoogleYvonne and Debbie have always worked in a professional and helpful manner. I have been renting a property through them for the last 9 months. Any queries or issues I have had, have been responded to in a timely manner.

GoogleI have used Freeman Foreman (Heathfield) twice to find tenants for a detached house in the countryside. In both cases they found the tenants very quickly. They did a very good job of assessing the people and in both cases I ended up with great tenants who pay on time and are very little trouble. I like the fact that Freeman Foreman are very picky and ensure all the T's are crossed and the i's dotted.

GoogleExcellent letting service. Well followed-up and efficiently managed from local Heathfield office. Good personal contact. I have had the occasional difficulty communicating with Head Office re their policy of issuing statements only when cash is transferred. Statements should be sent to landlords every month to keep track of monies owing, bill outstanding etc. Head Office service is more impersonal.

GoogleI have used Lampons, now Freeman Forman, for 7 years to deal with the letting of a property. The team, led by Dominic Harris, have without exception always been brilliant in dealing with negotiations between the two tenant and myself, or finding a new tenant when required. I cannot recommend Dominic and his team highly enough.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. They asked for a deposit on a property to let while we were selling our house. They were informed of our position as soon as we expressed an interest in the property. They still took a deposit knowing it was likely we wouldnt be able to move in time. This is only my second move in 33 years and on any occasion when I asked Freeman and Foreman for advice as to whether we would be able to move they palmed me off with waffle. On more than one occasion I suggested they ask their sellng department. This didnt happen and as soon as I paid the deposit they started to apply pressure for a moving date! When I spoke to a reputable letting agent they said that a deposit shouldnt be taken until I had exchanged contracts on the property I was selling. Be very wary when dealing with this company.

Dear Mr Johnson, I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about the service that you have been provided with, we aim to deliver the best service to our customers and we apologise that you feel that you have not been provided with this. We were aware from the beginning about the sale of your house and that you had a buyer and you had accepted an offer on the property, you made us aware along the way of a few stumbling blocks you incurred such as the house being valued lower by a surveyor and this held things up a bit. The Landlords were becoming increasingly frustrated as they wanted somebody moving into their property, we were not pressuring you for a date but due to the circumstances the money had to be paid up front and this was dependent on the sale of your house, which we had been told would be sold by the beginning of the following month, and this tied in with when the landlords believed they would have somebody in the property. When paying the holding deposit you signed a letter confirming that if you were to pull out of the Let, and relevant checks had been undertaken, then the deposit would not be returned. I apologise for the service you feel you have received and I hope that we can deal with you in the future to rectify your opinion of the level of professionalism you feel you have been given.

GoogleExceptional service from start to finish. I had used other agents for some of my properties before, but Freeman Forman exceeded my expectation. I had one of my properties on with 3 agents, including Freeman Forman. They were the only agent who kept me informed after every viewing and they found me a tenant before the other agents. I have now instructed them on two of my other properties and plan to hand over my portfolio in the near future in order for me to enjoy my retirement. I can be rest assured that they will look after my properties and tenants.

GoogleFreeman Forman successfully let my property after only one viewing. They have been helpful and professional throught the process and have provided me with the perfect tenants who were exactly what I asked for. I opted for the full management service, and it has been worth every penny. From the initial valuation right through to the day to day running of my property, I have been informed at every stage and cannot fault them. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. A first class service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Freeman Forman!
