The service at by Vicky at Freeman Forman has been excellent. Due to a relocation from the South West we were under severe time constraints. Vicky worked out appointment times so we weren't rushed and was able to dedicate her time to assisting us find the right house. She kept us fully up to date with proceedings even though we weren't in the area and she made our transition very easy. We would definitely recommend buying a house via Freeman Forman.

I am currently in the process of selling and buying a house through Freeman Forman. So far I cannot praise their service enough! Throughout the transaction I have felt valued, the team is lovely to deal with (Andrea, Vickie, Rob and John), always friendly and professional and responsive. Even when things didn't work out on the first house we tried to buy, they found us something even better and really worked hard to secure a deal for us. When we put our property on the market, we had a meeting in the comfort of our home to agree and discuss everything. Their professional photographer is also superb, his photos are definitely better than the average brochure you see flying about. I am very happy so far and can highly recommend Freeman Foreman for buying or selling your home.

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, very poor customer service, I had put an offer on a property which I liked and they told me that they would get back to me on the day that I had put the offer. However, they didn't get back to me for a week and I was very disappointed with their appalling customer service. I tried to phone them numerous times but I was getting conflicting messages from lots of members of staff and I was confused to which one was true. When the right member of staff got back to me he told me to wait for longer since someone else was interested in the house and they were hoping the person would perhaps offer more money. He had told me he would get back to me after the weekend so the owner could think about it, however, when it was Monday, they told me that the owner had not got back to them and they were still waiting for a response. Also, they told me that on Wednesday they had a viewing booked for someone else so I had to wait for even longer. After that, they didn't get back to me at all and I didn't hear anything from them until I took matters into my own hands and phoned them up to ask them if they were going to accept my offer but got a response saying that they had already sold the house to someone else and they had already instructed a solicitor. Appalling. Absolutely Appalling. I would of thought as a standard procedure that they would have sent me a formal letter telling me but I didn't receive anything in writing but just a curt conversation on the phone. i shall never buy a house through Freeman Forman Tunbridge Wells ever again and I strongly suggest that no one uses this as it is a rip off and they have appalling customer service.
