GoogleStaff are brilliant, I had direct dealing with Jamil and Lucy. They did try their best in achieving the sale although I priced the property above market price. Thank you for all the hard work and efforts.

GoogleI have recently instructed Freeman Forman to find a tenant for my property and was delighted with the service from the moment I walked into the office until the tenant moved in. The marketing was comprehensive, accurate and attractive. They were also the most competitively priced. I dealt exclusively with Alex, the assistant Lettings manager and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is polite, personable, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. His communication at each step of the process was exemplary. He made the whole process a stress free as possible. I couldn’t recommend him and the company highly enough.

GoogleWe received a 5 star service from the John, Vicky and Andrea at Tonbridge. Most importantly they made our move happen, but more to the point they went the extra mile. They recognised that we really wanted just this house, and despite problems they stuck with us, juggling competing demands and difficulties until it all came together. Seriously good service!

GoogleJohn first came into our lives about a 18 months ago when we were preparing to sell our Victorian house in Tonbridge. We had more or less decided upon an agent and a selling price when John shoed initiative and approached us unsolicited to persuade us to give him a 2 week pre trial with him before going ahead with our plans. We were very sceptical as John indicated that he would achieve a much higher asking price than any of the other local agents have given us but he has a very engaging personality and we decided to give him a go. He proposed a different approach from the others, marketing to a London audience and offering an open house. Two weeks later, true to his word we had a house full of potential buyers and 3 (yes 3!!!!) offers of FULL asking price on the same day. Some 80 thousand pounds higher than any agent had suggested!!!!!! We were flabbergasted and obviously delighted. He advised us which offer to accept and steered us and the buyer all through the conveyancing which went smoothly right through to completion. Not only did he apply himself to our needs but he went over and beyond helping the buyer locate to Kent from London with advice with local schools, services etc and made the whole experience as stress free as possible for both sides. A true feat when you consider that during this whole time my husband and I were based abroad and had to rely on John's constant communication and assistance when needed. I really cannot recommend him or his agency high enough. Michelle Kirk

GoogleThe Freemen Forman office were very good. Sean Mizon helped us with our mortgage. We didn't buy through Freeman Forman in the end but Vicky & Andrea could not do enough for us. A good experience compared to others.
