GoogleThis team give estates agents a good name. Not only did they have the resources to ensure numerous weekend viewings (incredibly important when buyers are not local), they led a complex and challenging sale smoothly. It could not have happened without their technical, legal knowledge and their calm continuous communications/bridge building. They earn every penny of their commission!

GoogleMy wife and I saw a fabulous cottage in Robertsbridge via Rightmove in October 2019. We contacted Freeman and Foreman for a viewing and met Mark at the cottage. 3 months later we now own the cottage and have moved into the village.. Over the 3 months before completion Mark, Charlotte and Freddie were constantly keeping us updated with the progression of our purchase, either via phone or email... As a first time buyer any questions I had (and there was a lot of them) were answered in a very quick and friendly manner... I now class Mark as a friend not just an estate agent. I highly recommend the guys and gals at Freeman and Foreman, a local estate agents run by local people. It is so good to know that not all estate agents are cold ruthless sharks.

GoogleMark and the team at Robertsbridge Freeman Foreman proved to be the most conscientious and determined estate agents we have ever used. Marks unwavering belief that our house would sell in a difficult market, and the level of work put in to achieve the sale was astounding, and went far, far above what would normally be expected. We can't begin to express how grateful we are to Mark and the team. The service provided was both profession and personal, and the genuine consideration, interest and care taken in regards to our situation was so much appreciated on every level. We can honestly say that the whole process was made enjoyable, and the stress in our lives at that time made the more bearable. I would highly recommend Robertsbridge Freeman Foreman to anyone. GoogleFantastic service from the Robertsbridge office team, thank you so much. Our house sold within 48 hours to the first person to view, at the top of the guide price, enabling us to have an offer accepted on our new house, also for sale through the Robertsbridge office. Throughout the process Mark and Caroline were incredibly helpful with, let’s face it what can be a very stressful time! Thanks also to Regional Manager Jill Bennetts, who oversaw the exchange process and kept everything on track. I’d highly recommend using the in-house online conveyancing system - intuitive and very easy to use. We’re very happy and very grateful to all involved!

GoogleI was extremely impressed with Mark, Charlotte and the rest of the Freeman Forman team during my move. They were professional, polite, friendly and happy to go above and beyond to help move everything forward. Charlotte would frequently phone all the way up and down the chain in order to ensure I had the best picture of where everything was and what still needed to be done. I would absolutely work with them again if I have the opportunity - they are what estate agents should be!

GoogleUseless company They were long with the EPC They had rubbish communication. Esp the Tonbridge branch The company is ment to help sell the house and quite frankly we found that we were doing more of the work, then what the company "agreed". If you live in Kent i would definitely NOT recommend if you wish to advertise your house to a larger market.

GoogleAfter visiting many estate agents along Tonbridge high street, I chose Freeman Forman to sell my property. This was based on the positive first meeting I had with Vicky, where it was clear I would be left in good hands. I also found staff at Freeman Forman to be more sincere and less "pushy" than other estate agents I visited. The sales process went very smoothly, with good quality photographs taken, smart brochures published (Ben) and very quickly. several viewings arranged (mostly via Andrea), with a simple system to inform me of visits ahead of time. As I was abroad for most of the sales process, this was very helpful to me. Vicky and team were able to find the right buyer for my property, with an offer arriving in the first 3 weeks and the asking price being met within 2 months of being advertised: a good result given the number of flats selling in Tonbridge at the moment. Throughout the sales process, Vicky continued to act as a bridge between my solicitor and the buyer's, ensuring everything kept on track and consequently the sales process went very smoothly. If purchasing or selling a property in Tonbridge, I would not hesitate to use Freeman Forman again.

GoogleVery rude when decided not to go with them. After cancelling a couple of viewings after founding the house of our dreams, got bombarded by unwanted emails and pushy sales calls to go with their mortgage brooker. Although the Becky was pleasant and had offered a better deal, we went back to our original brooker who said he would be able to do better still. I thoughtfully called to cancel the appointment as we were happy with our current mortgage brooker only to be have a very unprofessional angry lady say oh why didn't he find that in the first place and hung up before I could say any more. Will not be using them ever again.

Googleit is so disappointing. we gave an offer that the agency said the vendor would have accepted. Then apparently the vendor wanted more because of some kind of expenses he had to pay. We gave a higher offer at condition to see a proof of these expenses. I have never hear anything from them anymore, It was a clear attempt to raise the offer. Even if someone could point the vendor, the agency was not any better. Before the offer they were calling and emailing, asking for documents, mortgage advisor, solicitors etc... Then nothing. I had to chase them all the time. And everytime I was calling I was talking with someone different with contrasting information. We gave up. They have been serious with me and they are not even good or smart sellers.

I have sold 2 houses through them now and both times they were extremely professional, personable, easily contactable and empathetic to any stresses that can naturally arise from buying and selling a property. Exceptional service from all the staff I dealt with and if my point of contact wasn't available then whomever I spoke to was fully conversant with my sale. GoogleThis is the 2nd time I bought a property through Freeman Forman and thoroughly recommend them . I found Helen and the team to be friendly at all times. They were always happy to accommodate visits to the property often at short notice and answered all queries in a quick time frame . Pressure was applied to both parties when required with good communication to all involved in a calm and friendly manner. I also used the solicitor services through Countrywide and thought they were excellent enabling a good communication structure between all involved . All in all very happy with the service given to what is a stressful event but which thankfully had a positive outcome . Thanks to the whole team.

GoogleWe had absolutely fantastic service from all the team at Freeman Foreman and would highly recommend them. All the team were highly professional, helpful and consistently kept us informed of the progress of our sale. Prior to working with Freeman Foreman we attempted to sell through an online agent and were so glad we switched to FF particularly due to their personal touch and their hard work to prop up the sale through the final stages.
