We are very happy with the service that Janine and her team have given us.. They navigated us through a letting during Covid : we were moving to New Zealand and needing to isolate for two weeks . Such a lovley friendly team, so helpful during one of the most stressful life events! Would reccomend to everyone. Natasha especially was always on the other end of the phone if we needed anything atall and nothing seemed to much bother. Thank you so much for helping us purchase our very first home.

I'm very angry about their policy to not repay the deposit back to the card it was paid from. Unfortunately the person I leant the deposit to has not paid me back the deposit so I am now out of pocket by a large amount.

I was very grateful for the time Claire took to help my step mum. She is retired and extremely anxious about change. Claire took a great amount of care and attention to make her feel heard and was realistic but kind about what’s available for her. I registered with all my local agents when I sold my house, I found Freeman Forman were very helpful with great communication, and always sending me relevant properties to help me on my search. We had back to back viewings, I found these agents were very helpful and had a great sense of humour and were very approachable and professional. I found it easy to want to approach them about any properties.
