GoogleAvoid using freeman Forman. They hindered my property sale, the agents are rude both on phone and email. They pressure you into decisions based on their vested interests. They have little knowledge of regulations for supposed experts and fall apart at the seams if the sale is anything less than straight forward. After completing you receive an automated ‘how was your experience’ email. If you try to reply with a negative score this doesn’t register and the page crashes. If you try to select 9 or 10 conveniently this then works. No surprise therefore that they get good ratings online if they are select about those they allow to be submitted!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We believe it’s only fair to point out to you that Freeman Forman Tonbridge secured a buyer on your property within a week of marketing and at the full asking price. We have kept detailed records of the transaction and the delay looks to have been created during the legal part of the transaction which the estate agent hasn’t any control over. We do our best to support our clients all the way through to completion and make sure that all parties remain updated throughout the process but all legal delays are unfortunately out of our hands. GoogleOur experience of their service was as a buyer purchasing a house on their books. Even though they were representatives of the other party not us, the fact that they were so engaging, communicative and professional made sure that when bumps in the road appeared during the conveyance process we always felt like somebody was in control of resolving it and as a result all parties stayed the course. It's one thing marketing a house well (which they did and closed the deal with us days after it was first advertised) but their sticking with the process so dilligently and managing all parties so well tells an even more important story. GoogleA big thank you to all at Freeman Forman. My house sold in one day, following an afternoon of viewings. I found the team to be highly professional throughout. It was a particularly difficult period with buyers and sellers trying to complete before the stamp duty hike. The team did nothing but push on my behalf, and follow up every aspect of my sale and purchase on a daily basis, taking a lot of stress off of me. I would highly recommend Freeman Forman.

We had several bumps along the road to buying our new house, but Freeman Forman in Heathfield were the most helpful they could possibly have been through out. Daryl and Haydn kept in in touch, were friendly and personable and did everything they could in their power to help me though the tricky times. GoogleHad a couple of viewings recently with Freeman Foreman, one at Atherstone Heights in Tunbridge Wells and one in Ticehurst. Both times we have not really been greeted or made to feel welcome. It felt like the people conducting the viewings didn’t want to be there. This was more so at the viewing at Atherstone Heights in Tunbridge Wells which is the reason I have done this review. We was running a couple of minutes late so called the office to explain who said that was all okay (the people in the office we’ve dealt with when booking have been good) and then when we arrived, we’ve parked up, walked over to the entrance which is where we met the lady who did our viewing. All we got from her was just a hello and then there was complete silence when walking from the entrance of the building and then up to the flat. If I was selling my property, I would not want someone like this showing potential buyers around. They’re meant to be selling the place. We both got the impression that she didn’t want to be there showing us around and for me the viewing just felt very awkward with her. It would also have been nice if she was able to answer our questions and even given us a brochure or some form of leaflet with the property details. I was previously an estate agent and carried out many viewings and never would I just say “hi” and then walk off up to the flat, not engaging with the client.
