Hi, We are really disappointed to see this review and as you can see from our other Google reviews and overall score, we take customer service very seriously. I have looked into your feedback and I believe that it is only fair to clarify the situation because this review is highly misleading. You booked a viewing on one of our properties and were aware that we had four other parties attending at the same time. In the morning you called the office to say that you will struggle to make the viewing time and that you will need to reschedule for later that day. We said to you that unfortunately we would not be able to accommodate a later appointment that day but you still decided to travel down clearly knowing this. We showed all other parties at the time booked and left the property 45 minutes after your viewing time with no sign of you at the property. The house did sell to someone who viewed that day and I am sorry you are disappointed, but the branch are not at fault and subsequently have offered you their assistance to find and offer alternatives for a different day or for you to attend on time.

GoogleMillie was an absolute star from start to finish in the purchase of our flat. Her customer service throughout was second to none and she even took on additional tasks for us (due to the estate agent supporting our house sale being unresponsive). In addition, we were treated warmly by the rest of the team when we went into the office. There was always a really friendly atmosphere there. We will definitely be using Millie again and we would strongly recommend her to anyone wanting an estate agent who always goes the extra mile to help.

Millie was so diligent and supportive throughout the whole process and kept us informed throughout the entirety of the purchase. She also kept on top of all parties to ensure the process was smooth and that everyone knew what was going on. Her colleagues Megan and Jess were also more than happy to help if Millie was with a client or out of the office.
I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to buy a property through but to also sell as I know they would be great at that too.

GoogleWe have just completed on a property with Freeman & Foreman, their services has been brilliant. I had the initial meeting with Arnaud the Executive Branch Manager who was very straight forward and explained the reason for the valuation of the property which I appreciated (we were with another estate agent previously on the high street & decided to move due viewing numbers).
From the outset there was just the right amount of communication explaining viewings/feedback & figures from Rightmove.
I soon got to know the Team and had honest conversations & concerns. Jess, Megan & Millie are friendly, professional & was easy to build a great relationship with them, it has made selling the property a lot simpler.
Jess quickly helped us with issues with our conveyancer & quickly escalated issues & got them resolved.
I would highly recommend the Tonbridge Branch of Freeman & Foreman you will be in safe hands with a caring team.

GoogleFrom our personal experience, the team at the Uckfield branch were excellent from start to finish. There's plenty of choice & competition in town but we decided to go with Freeman because we felt they were the most proactive, friendly and competitively priced.
From ringing up the office on a Monday morning at 9am, Natasha was at our house by 12:30pm with all of the paperwork, photographer booked in and our house was live on the market by Wednesday. We immediately felt reassured that they knew and understood our needs & timelines and were going to represent us well.
The whole team worked tirelessly to convert leads into viewings and we were encouraged at the amount of serious prospective buyers they were able to get through our door. They always made sure someone followed up and provided us with feedback and updates where possible, which is really important for a seller.
I would have no hesitations in recommending this estate agents to anyone local to the Uckfield area. Special mentions to Natasha, Fiona, Toby, Ellie & Will. Thank you.

GoogleWould highly recommend freeman Forman as estate agents. We have just purchased our first house that was marketed with them and they have been absolutely amazing from the get go! Tobi initially showed us round the property and did a stellar job of answering all our questions when we knew we’d want to make an offer. Natasha absolutely smashed it at getting the seller to agree on a price with us, and continued to go above and beyond throughout the whole process checking in and relaying vital info.
