I have been using Cuttly on a free plan and had some problems with some German special characters (umlauts link ö and ä, sharp s) in the redirected full-link als parameter. I received very fast response and they solved the problem on the same day! Great support for a free plan - very unusual.

Absolutely shockingly awful management and communication. I was in a shared tenancy via this agency and upon leaving the property there was no responses to my emails for the replacement tenants new paperwork. Well over 2 months on and this is still unresolved despite me continually chasing, only to find out the property manager has left and no one is picking up the work in the meantime. I would not recommend working with this agency or renting a property via them.

Avoid this company! They took care of the property management in the flat I was renting. Firstly, it look three months from the start of tenancy to fix issues with kitchen pipes which meant I had to wash dishes in the bathroom during that time. I moved out of the flat in August and I still haven't received my deposit back after over two months. It took forever to agree on the final amount after they shamelessly tried to charge me for things I certainly wasn't liable for (most of these were clearly listed in the check-in inventory), and I had to spend a lot of time to go through each item in their claim. After we agreed to a much lower (but still probably too high) amount it's been over three weeks. I was told I didn't need to action anything via DPS directly and I'd be paid a few days later but it turns out I did and I wasn't paid a few days later. They seem like a pretty chaotic business, they've also checked three times with me if I've returned the keys. Hopefully I will now finally be paid and don't have to waste any more of my time with them.
