Stay away from this. I opened an account, upgraded to paid and only did one testlink to our own website (simply Web Hosting) - in the Middle of the night the account was cancelled for fraud URL and a promise to return the money which never happened.

GoogleRented from this branch for a year and had a very unpleasant experience. They handed us over a dirty property, took months to get rid of unusable furniture, didn't give good maintenance to the property and then unfairly deducted money from our deposit where we had written and graphic proof on all the points. Needed to raise a case with the deposit protection company. Do not recommend using them at all as they are untrustworthy and it has costs us a lot of time and stress to deal with them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Thank you for your review. The manager of the department has looked into your complaint further and the history of your tenancy whilst you were renting through Fraser & Co. We were in agreement with you that there were some areas in the property that had not been cleaned to a professional standard when you first moved in however, when it comes to the end of your tenancy, you are expected to hand the property back in the same cleanliness condition in which you received the property in. It was noted on the check out that the property was cleaned to a domestic standard throughout and you were charged for additional cleaning. To be clear on this matter, the landlord will ultimately make the final decision with regards to deposit charges and not Fraser & Co as an agency. The TDS is the governing body to protect tenants with regards to any unfair charges and a dispute was raised by a member of the team in good time and we all await the final decision. With regards to the maintenance of the property, we note an issue with an appliance which was dealt with in a good timely manner and works to the appliance was carried out by a contractor. We are quite surprised to read your complaint as the correspondence between yourself as the tenant and our employees has always been pleasant and professional and you did not raise any concerns throughout your tenancy until now. If your concerns were voiced at this time, we could have done more for you during the tenancy. The Head of Property Management would be happy to discuss any concerns with you further.
