Rented my flat with Fraser & Co for 2 years. Loved my experience, very professional agents, trustworthy, responsive to my questions, and respectful of my space (once I started renting). Did not have any issue getting my deposit back either. Special mention to Sam Eljani who has been super helpful and went above and beyond in making my life easier, even after I moved out with providing reference for my next place. Highly recommend if you are looking for professional and trustworthy agents.

I hired Fraser & Co in 2021 to manage one of my properties in Westminster but unfortunately after two years with Fraser & Co, I had to terminate the management contract in 2023 as I felt that they had become incompetent. Firstly, the staff in charge of my property changed several times and I felt the handovers were not well-coordinated. Secondly, invoices from the building management were sometimes not settled on time by Fraser & Co, resulting in the freeholder's agent chasing me for small payments, which then caused accounting hassles. Thirdly, Fraser & Co typically responded to emails slowly, or not at all. There was once a minor emergency with water leaking from the property into an neighbouring unit, and the building manager could not reach either the tenant or Fraser & Co; when Fraser & Co did finally reply, they claimed they didn't have a key to the property (the property they were supposed to be managing!) They had lost the key! Then later, they even tried to invoice me for replacement keys. There were many other management lapses, such as repeated failures to collect monies owed from the tenant, or to even properly track such monies owed. Sometimes Fraser & Co apologised for their errors and lapses and promised they would improve, but they seemed to be overwhelmed, unable to cope, or perhaps understaffed. While I felt I was patient enough, I finally had enough of this and terminated the management contract. Then, Fraser & Co. failed to return the balance of money on my account for over three months, becoming unresponsive to emails. They also retained my tenant's full deposit but failed to forward it to me for over three months. It was utterly unprofessional to hold onto client funds like this, which amounted to thousands of pounds. Finally I had to engage a solicitor to try to simply recover my money from Fraser & Co. Only after legal threats did Fraser & Co. finally respond and return what was owed.

I rented a property through this agency with Nazim, and the whole experience has been excellent. From the very beginning, Nazim was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, everything was well-prepared, and the process went smoothly. By far the best Estate Agent we have ever had. Andrew Assaker is polite, respectful and extremely professional. He went far beyond the call of duty by continually keeping us up to date and negotiating with the seller. He moved things forward as quickly as he could knowing our circumstances and pursued the letting agents to do a professional clean when they had neglected to do so. I would highly recommend Andrew, my only regret is not having him to sell our house, it would have been sold much quicker.

This an updated review - I would give it a 0 if I could. My partner and I were renting with Fraser & Co for a year and the experience was awful. We all signed a contract (including the agency) to move on a specific date and ONE WEEK before the moving date, they contacted us to let us we needed to push back the date as their previous tenants didn't what to move out. This put a massive strain on our finances as we were moving from outside of London so we needed to somehow sort out an accommodation with very short notice and pay twice for our moving truck. Like this wasn't enough, when arriving at the apartment, the flat was in horrible condition. The contract promised furniture and it turns out all there was, was a stinky mattress with terrible and questionable stains. The washing machine wasn't working, the carpet was moldy, smelly and just in an awful condition overall. My partner and I complained several times as this was obviously NOT what we signed for, however, it took many visits to the actual agency's office to get anything done by them. Needless to say we needed to replace this mattress ourselves as they still had the audacity to think it was in good condition. There is a list of endless issues I could write in here but I honestly won't have enough space. The overall renting experience was dreadful but it doesn't end there. 2 months after moving out, it turns out some of the bills for this apartment are still in our name so it looks like we are in debt when in reality, it is Fraser & Co that hasn't taken the time to update anything. I've called and emailed with no reply. I hope you get back to me after this.

5 stars all the way. I’ve been with Frazor & Co for almost three years, and I can’t fault them at all. A special shout-out to Marissa in the accounts team. I hit a rough patch financially after changing jobs and was really stressed because I’d just moved in. Marissa handled everything with such professionalism and care. She was incredibly responsive, explained things clearly, and even spoke with the landlord to agree on terms that worked for everyone.
