GoogleFraser and co 12 west end quay , south wharf rd London w2 . This is the branch that deals with accounts and invoices .Not happy with the HR and facilities manager , She sends me tax unfriendly version of an invoice re lettings fees which I found very difficult to understand . Made little sense to me re breakdown . So I sent her an email asking for a more TAX friendly version of the invoice . Not difficult . But she totally ignored my mail and re-sent me the same tax unfriendly invoice . Incompetent or what . 👎🏿

GoogleAbsolutely avoid this company!!! They are so irresponsible!! I moved out in August and still waiting for my deposit since almost two months, they also overcharged me for things I did not break. Also, they never reply to e-mails and never pick up phone calls. Avoid please.

GoogleWe spent 1 year renting an apartment provided by Fracer. At the end of the tenancy, they sent us a huge bill for absolutely unreasonable expenses and trying to charge us for damages that were already there during check in! After you make your comments and disagree with the charges they simply disappear and ignore your emails. Avoid this companyNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleBeen on a rollercoaster! Jordan Horne from Fraser & Co listened to what I needed (I was demanding!) found somewhere, negotiated brilliantly with developers and me and we were all set. Then my circumstances changed and gutted I had to withdraw. Jordan was super helpful and brought everything back which must have been tough bearing in mind what I'd needed and he'd secured. GoogleGreat during viewing, references and management team! I just moved in one of the properties management by Fraser and Co and Fabian and Anna have been very helpful. The process went really smoothly, they were very accommodating and quick. I wasn't based in London during my flat search and Fabian went out of his way to show me the property both in video and in person at different times. Anna took over and is now my property manager and has been very quick and helpful right before Christmas. Definitely recommend, best experience in 5 years in London!

GoogleHassle free property renting! Had been a wonderful experience with the team at Lock8 who delivered professional and hassle free service while i was renting a property. The team was accomodative enough to all my requests for property viewing and the BEST part is that they are open even on sundays, which really turns out to be a convenient option for working professionals. Having viewed multiple properties which the team manages, found a perfect choice for my likes and all thanks to the team to have helped me with the renting process. The overall renting process was a cake walk, with all documentation and related processes taken care of and i could rent the property within a week - the team understood my urgency and handled my request with utmost priority.
